Abstract: 본 발명은 용사코팅용 나노구조 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트계 분말, 그 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 나노구조 용사 코팅에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명에 따른 용사코팅용 나노구조 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트계 분말의 제조 방법은, 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트 혼합물, 분산제 및 용매를 혼합한 혼합물을 준비하는 단계, 혼합물에 결합제 및 가소제를 첨가하여 부분 응집된 슬러리를 제조하는 단계, 부분 응집된 슬러리를 분무 건조하여 구형 과립을 제조하는 단계, 및 구형 과립을 열처리하여 구형 과립에 함유된 유기물을 제거하는 단계를 포함한다. 이러한 본 발명을 통하여 용사 코팅의 내마모 특성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 규소분말과 결합제로서 열경화성 수지로 구성되는 소정 형태의 규소공급 시편을 준비하고, 탄화규소/탄소 충전체를 준비하고, 반응결합로 내에서 상기 충전체의 일면에 상기 규소공급 시편을 접촉시키고, 진공 또는 비활성 분위기하에서 규소의 용융온도로 열처리하여 규소공급시편 내의 용융규소를 충전체 내부로 침윤시키는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 반응결합 탄화규소 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 반응결합 탄화규소의 형상, 크기, 두께에 관계없이 가장 효율적으로 용융 규소를 공급하면서도 용융 규소의 응집을 방지하고 용융 규소의 균일한 공급이 가능하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: High performance slurry for STI(shallow trench isolation)-CMP(chemical mechanical polishing) is provided to prevent a semiconductor pattern and equipment from being damaged by corrosion by controlling each polishing rate of a silica thin film and a silicon nitride thin film, by forming ceria slurry capable of achieving variable selectivity and by using the slurry in a neutral condition. CONSTITUTION: Distilled water is prepared. CeO2 particles having a nano size and 1-5 weight percent as compared with the distilled water are used as polishing agent. Slurry includes the distilled water and the CeO2 particles. Citric acid is used as a distribution stabilizer that transfers the isoelectric point of the slurry to an acid region to stabilize a distribution state in a neutral condition, having 2-3 weight percent as compared with the polishing agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of high density preforms for sintered silicon carbides(SiC) which have no separation of particle sizes and no compaction defects by pressing powder with wide particle size distribution. CONSTITUTION: The preforms with homogeneous compaction are manufactured by the following steps of; (i) mixing SiC powder with wide particle size distribution, 1-20wt.%(based on the powder) of phenol resin, and alcohol(ethyl or butyl alcohol); (ii) dropping the mixed slurry into water or hardener-contained water(70-90deg.C), and mixing strongly for 5-30min to form granules; (iii) filtering and washing; (iv) drying granules at 70deg.C or lower; (v) feeding granules to a mold and pressing under pressure of 0.1-50MPa for 5-60min for homogeneously compacted preforms; and (vi) thermal treating the preforms at 400-1250deg.C in inert gas atmosphere or vacuum, which results in that carbon residue is obtained from decomposition of phenol resin and strength of preforms is increased by densification of carbon residue.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of tube compacts with no separation of particle sizes and homogeneous microstructure by centrifugal casting compound granules including powder with wide particle size distribution and phenol resin in the presence of solvent unlike conventional press forming. CONSTITUTION: The homogeneous centrifugally-cast compacts are manufactured by the following steps of; (i) mixing Al2O3 or SiC powder with wide particle size distribution, 1-20wt.%(based on the powder) of phenol resin, and alcohol(ethyl or butyl alcohol); (ii) dropping the mixed slurry into water or hardener-contained water(70-90deg.C), and mixing strongly for 5-30min. to form compound granules; (iii) filtering and washing; (iv) drying the granules at 70deg.C or lower; (v) centrifugal casting for increase of compaction by feeding granules in a mold, adding water, alcohol, or water-alcohol to fill 20-100% of pores formed by granules, and centrifuging at the velocity of 2-100times more speedy than the acceleration of gravity for 0.5-2hrs with heating(80-110deg.C); (vi) holding the compacts at 50-80deg.C for 2-10hrs for removing remained solvent and hardening phenol resin completely; (vii) removing fats from the compacts in inert gas atmosphere or vacuum for compacts with carbon residue, or air atmosphere for compacts without carbon residue.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing reaction bonding silicon carbide is comprised of the steps of; forming a first layer by filling a first mixture containing silicon carbide powder and thermohardening resin, heating the outer wall of the mold, and hardening the mold by applying a centrifugal molding in real time; forming a second layer by filling a second mixture containing silicon powder, thermohardening resin, and thermoplastic resin, heating the outer wall of the same mold, and hardening the mold by applying a centrifugal molding in real time; removing the thermoplastic resin from the molding; carbonizing the molding by thermally decomposing the thermohardening resin; and heating the carbonized molding at a high temperature.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing composite is provided, for the preparation of reaction-bonded silicon carbide and the improvement of strength between particles. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal body of multi component silicon carbide is prepared by adding two or more types of silicon carbide powders having different size to a polymer solution of different molecular weight, respectively; ball milling to obtain a slurry wherein the polymer is adsorbed onto the surface of silicon carbide; mixing the slurries to make a homogeneous slurry, injecting into a mold and performing the centrifugal forming; removing the excess slurry and re-performing the centrifugal forming; and drying the centrifugal body and releasing. The centrifugal body of multi component silicon carbide-carbon is prepared by the same method except obtaining a carbon slurry wherein the polymer is adsorbed onto the surface of carbon and mixing the above mentioned slurries. The centrifugal body of composite for multi component silicon carbide-carbon-metal powder is prepared by the same method except obtaining the above mentioned carbon slurry and a metal slurry wherein the polymer is adsorbed onto the surface of a metal and mixing with the slurries. The polymer is polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinyl acetate.
