Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dispersion of detergent particles when a product having a super-condensed granular detergent filled in a container is discharged. SOLUTION: This container is used by shaking out specified super-condensed granular detergent contained therein through its inclination or its right stood-up attitude, wherein there is provided a metering device for use in filling detergent for a next discharging in concurrent with shaking-out detergent when the container is inclined. The metering device 1 is comprised of an inlet port for flowing a specified amount of detergent into a holding space when the container is inclined, a bottom part placed below the holding space when the container is positioned upright so as to receive detergent flowed into the holding space and a shaking-out port 3 for shaking out the detergent received at the bottom part when the container is inclined. The detergent is filled in a container 2 stored in the metering device in which an opening area of the shaking-out port 3 is 2 cm or smaller.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the degradation of antifoaming effects during storage by combining each specific quantity of silicone antifoaming agent, water-soluble starch, inorganic detergent builder and organic binder having specific melting and softening points to form a granular antifoaming agent. CONSTITUTION:Silicone antifoaming agent (a) is added to powder of water-soluble starch or processed starch, or their derivatives (b) at a weight ratio a/b of 0.1-0.5 30-80wt.% in total of (a+b) to prepare a uniform mixture. Thereafter, said uniform mixture, inorganic detergent builder or clay mineral of 0.5-40wt.% and organic binder of 10-40wt.%, having melting or softening points of 40-160 deg.C are mixed together, while they are being agitated and heated at a temperature equal to melting or softening points or higher of the organic binder. Further, the mixture thus produced is formed into granules by extruding granulation method, tumbling granulation method, etc., to obtain granular antifoaming agent.
