    Abstract: PURPOSE:To arrange so that a change in the tensile strength of a continuous body may be detected as a tensile strength signal which changes on a delayed frequency by making a running continuous body contact a tensile strength detection element at a cycle different from the periodically changing cycle of a tensile strength of a continuous body. CONSTITUTION:Tensile strength detection element 8 consisting of an oscillation lever for tensile strength detection 9 attached with a distortion gauge which detects a yarn tensile strength through intermittent contact with a yarn Y and an oscillation lever 10 equipped with a distortion gauge which does not contact the yarn Y is fixed existing in a yarn path for a running yarn Y. It is possible to observe and count so that the tensile strength of the running yarn Y may change at a delayed cycle as shown by a dotted line 18 compared with a state indicated by a solid line 14 by changing and properly selecting a space T1 where the running yarn Y and the oscillation lever for tensile strength detection 9 contact with each other, when the yarn Y passing through the tensile strength detection element 8 is wound up on a bobbin 1 through the intermediary of a traverse guide 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it easy to obtain unformly dispersed flow and decrease pressure loss in an assembly consisting of a core bar having groove holes continuous in a longitudinal direction, a functional fiber layer around the same and an outside cylinder, by providing the part having no groove holes in the central part of the core bar. CONSTITUTION:The fluid to be treated flowing from the fluid inlet 9 of this assembly through the groove holes of a core bar 1 flows into a functional fiber layer 5 through the groove hole surfaces. The fluid past the fiber layer 5 flows into the space 8 formed between the outside circumferential part of the fiber layer 5 and an outside cylinder 4, and migrates toward the assembly outlet direction of the space 8. Further from the space 8 it again goes through the fiber layer 5, flows into the groove holes of the core bar 1, passes through a collar 3 and flows out from an assembly outlet 10. Such flow of the fluid is caused by the partition part 2 which is provided in the central part of the core bar 1 and has no groove holes.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a bulk transport and continuous fiber processing possible by forming a fiber filament into a standardized fiber pile and packaging said fiber pile. CONSTITUTION:Fiber injected from an injection nozzle 1 into a porous cylinder 2 together with fluid forms a fiber pile 3 inside said cylinder as soon as the fluid is discharged from the wall of the porous cylinder 2, said fiber pile 3 is reduced to a prescribed speed by a surrounding feed roller 4 with a coarce surface and is forwarded to the undersurface of a pressure board 5 through a feed port 6. The undersurface of the pressure board is provided with a bottom board 7, which goes down according to a load and a cylindrical container 8 has a constitution, wherein a feed port 6 spirally moves with a fixed speed against a container, and therefore the fiber pile 3 fed to the undersurface of the pressure board 5 is accommodated into the cylindrical container 8 drawing an spiral arc. In this way the bulk transport and continuous fiber processing is made possible.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of wiring a yarn and a winding device thereof which can prevent occurrence of such a serious loss or accident as to stop or break the winding device. SOLUTION: The frame of this winding device 1 is provided with a vibration pickup sensor 2 which captures vibration information generated from a winding device 1, a storage device 6 which detects and captures vibration information of the winding device 1 with the vibration pickup sensor 2 when the yarn wound around a bobbin mounted on a spindle reaches a prescribed amount of winding, branches the captured vibration information, stores one of them in a prescribed format, passes a band pass filter through the other, provides its waveform with envelop-processing by an envelope processing device, and stores the obtained waveform in a prescribed format, and an alarm device generating an alarm if the respective values are higher than a previously inputted set value.
