Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the subject olefin-based thermoplastic resin composition composed of a polyolefin, a polyether ester amide, an ethylene-based ionomer resin and a styrenesulfonic acid compound and exhibiting permanent antistatic properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective thermoplastic resin composition is composed of (A) a polyolefin, preferably polypropylene or polyethylene, (B) a polyether ester amide, preferably, e.g. one synthesized from caprolactam, polyethylene glycol and terephthalic acid, (C) an ethylene-based ionomer resin, preferably, e.g. one in which the metal ion is a 2n ion or Na ion and (D) a compound containing >=50wt.%, especially 100wt.% styrenesulfonic acid unit of the formula [R is H, an alkyl or an aryl; X is H, an alkaline(earth) metal or ammonium; n is an integer of 1 to 20000]. The weight ratio of (A/B) is (10 to 99)/(90 to 1) and (C) and (D) are contained each in an amount of 1 to 200 pts.wt. and 0.01 to 50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total weight of (A) and (B).

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow blow-molded article excellent in permanent antistatic properties by a method wherein resin molded matter, which is produced by compounding specified polyether ester amide with polyester resin at specified compounding ratio, is blow-molded. CONSTITUTION:Polyether ester amide obtained by copolymerizing (a) amino carboxyl acid or lactam, the number of carbon atoms :in which is six or more, or the salt of diamine and dicarboxyl acid, the number of carbon atoms in which is six or more, (b) poly(alkylene oxide) glycol having the number average molecular weight of 200-6,000 and (c) dicarboxyl acid having the number of carbon atoms of 4-20 so as to obtain 10-90wt.% of polyether ester unit, is prepared. After that, resin composition, which is prepared by compounding 1-65 pts.wt. of polyether ester amide with 100 pts.wt. of polyester resin, is preferably biaxial stretch blow-molded so as to obtain the hollow molded article concerned. Further, when necessary, 0.1-20 pts.wt. of epoxy compound is added to the above-mentioned resin composition.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the blow-molded object excellent in permanent static characteristics by kneading the polyetheramide containing polyalkylene oxide glycol with the number average molecular weight of 200-6000 and the olefin copolymer containing glycidyl radical. CONSTITUTION:The polyester resin of 100 pts.wt., the polyetheramide of 1-65 pts.wt. in which the amino-carboxylic acid or the lactam with the carbon atoms of at least 6 or the salt of the diamine and carboxylic acid with the carbon atoms of at least 6, the poly(alkyleneoxide)glycol with the number average molecular weight of 200-6000 and the dicarboxylic acid with the carbon atoms of 4-20 are copolymerized so that polyetherester-unit is kept at 10-90wt.% and the olefin copolymer of 0.1-50 pts.wt. containing glycidyl radical are compounded, whereby group composition is prepared. Said group composition is blow-molded, preferably is biaxially oriented and blow-molded, whereby the hollow blow- molded object of polyester resin is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To check the damage of a heat insulating material simply and directly by providing on a furnace wall a partially cut extraction part, and further providing in a heating furnace fixing means for fixing the extraction part. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating material layer 1 of a heating furnace is formed with a three-layered heat insulating material of different kind, and an extraction part 4 is formed for the heat insulating material layer 1. The extraction part 4 is reduced stepwise in its cross section in a plane parallel to the heat insulating layer 1 toward an outer shell 2 by cutting down into a rectangular shape the heat insulating materials constituting together the heat insulating material layer 1. The extraction part 4 allows a stud bolt 7 to penetrate it, and has its one end threaded to a female screw 8 welded to the outer shell 2 and has its end threaded to a nut 9 for fixation of the extraction part 4. For the extraction part 5 constructed as such the nut 9 is loosened after the heating furnace is employed for a predetermined time, and the extraction part 4 is taken out to check the damage of the heat insulating material layer 1. Hereby, the damage of the heat insulating material of the whole hating furnace or the surroundings of the heat insulating material layer 1 can be found.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrict a wearing accompanied by an evaporation of carbon and enable a reaction with a thermo-decomposed substance at an outer circumferen tial surface of a heating member to be restricted by a method wherein the outer circumferential surface of the heating member is formed with a covering layer composed of a carbon fiber or a complex material of carbon-carbon fiber under a specified thickness. CONSTITUTION:An outer circumferential surface of a heating member 4 is formed with a covering layer 15 composed of a carbon fiber or a complex of carbon-carbon fiber with a thickness of about 0.5 to 5 mm. The carbon fiber is a fiber which is produced by sintering organic fiber such as a pitch system at a temperature higher than 800 deg.C in non-active gas. The complex material of carbon-carbon fiber is a complex material which is comprised of either carbon of graphite, a carbon fiber or a graphite fiber. A thickness of the covering layer is required to show about 0.5 to 5 mm. A reason for it consists in the fact that an increasing of an inner temperature of the heating member covered is restricted as much as possible and further a reaction with the thermal decomposed material at an outer circumferential surface of the heating member is sealed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain fire-resistant fiber having excellent physical properties by feeding precursor fiber bundle to feeding side of burning furnace for heating treatment in treating gas atmosphere in specific state. CONSTITUTION:Precursor fiber bundle 3 is fed from inlet 27 and inert gas Q is blown from a gas-feeding nozzle 23 to replace to air in the fiber bundle. Then, the precursor fiber bundle 3 is reached at a treating room 7 through a sealing means 10; thus treating gas P is blown from the gas-feeding nozzle 23 and inert gas Q in the fiber bundle is replaced with the treating gas, then the fiber bundle is reached at a treating room 8 through a sealing means 11, thus the treating gas P and a slight inert gas Q are exhausted from an exhausting nozzle 24. By the above method, concentration of treating gas P component in a burning furnace 4 is kept constant.
