본 발명은 배위적으로 불포화된 자리(coordinatively unsaturated site; CUS)에 아민이 도입된 철 함유 다공성 유무기 혼성체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 과산화물을 이용한 산화반응용 촉매, 상기 촉매를 포함하는 과산화수소, 콜린 및 아세틸콜린 검출용 조성물, 및 상기 조성물을 포함하는 뇌신경질환 진단용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
A PNA(peptide nucleic acid) probe, a method for preparing a microarray using the same and a method for controlling quality of the PNA microarray are provided to measure the fixation efficiency non-destructively simultaneously on fixation without further operation. A PNA probe is characterized in that a 3-azidocumarine derivative represented by a formula(1) or (2) as a fluorescent linker is attached to an N-terminal, wherein m is from 0 to 4; n is from 1 to 4; p is from 0 to 3; q is 0 or 1; r is from 1 to 5; and X is O or NH. A method for preparing a PNA microarray comprises a step of fixing the PNA probe onto a solid substrate, which is modified to have an acetylene end, by spotting the PNA probe using a spotting solution including a Cu catalyst. A method for controlling quality of the PNA microarray comprises the steps of: (a) preparing the microarray by spotting the PNA probe onto the modified solid substrate; and (b) measuring the fixation efficiency by detecting a fluorescent signal emitted from spots of the PNA probe.
