Abstract:
PURPOSE: A producing method of a salted pollack roe extract, and a composition containing thereof are provided to obtain the salted pollack roe extract containing abundant amount of conjugated fatty acid. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a salted pollack roe extract comprises the following steps: washing and assorting pollack roe; soaking the pollack roe in a seasoning solution including 1-30% of salt, 1-30% of seasoning powder, 1-20% of sorbitol, and 1-20% of alcohol; adding red pepper powder, sugar, garlic, and starch syrup to the seasoned pollack roe, and low temperature aging the pollack roe for 1-7 days at 1-20 deg. C; freezing the pollack roe before vacuum freezing; extracting the freeze-dried pollack roe using an organic solvent; and fractionating the obtained extract into an extract and an insoluble extraction residue.

PURPOSE: A composition containing salted-fermented Alaska Pollack tripe powder, polar solvent soluble extract and polar solvent insoluble extract of Alaska Pollack tripe is provided to prevent and treat obesity, hyperlipidemia and arteriosclerotic vascular diseases. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating obesity, hyperlipidemia, and arteriosclerotic vascular diseases contains salted-fermented Alaska Pollack tripe powder, polar solvent soluble extract and polar solvent insoluble extract of Alaska Pollack tripe as an active ingredient. The salted-fermented Alaska Pollack tripe powder is used in the form of a product or dry powder. The extract is prepared using water, low carbon number alcohol, or mixture solvent thereof.
