Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel compound and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to prevent or treat ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. CONSTITUTION: A compound for treating division and differentiation of neuroblast has a structure of chemical formula 2. A method for preparing the compound comprises a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 6 with a compound of chemical formula 7. A composition for preventing or treating ischemic cerebrovascular diseases contains the compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
