Abstract: 본 발명은 더덕 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 허혈성 뇌혈관 질환 예방 또는 개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상기 더덕 추출물은 뇌 해마조직의 신경세포 보호능 및 신경세포사 억제능이 우수하고, 아교세포의 활성화 억제능이 뛰어나다는 것이 확인되어, 뇌허혈에 민감하다고 알려져 있는 뇌 해마조직 CA1 영역의 신경 손상을 효과적으로 예방할 뿐만 아니라, 인체에 무해하여, 상기 더덕 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 허혈성 뇌혈관 질환 예방 또는 개선용 조성물은 뇌허혈에 의한 질환의 치료, 예방 또는 개선을 위해 다양하게 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 신규한 화합물 및 그 용도와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 신규한 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물, 구체적으로 약학 조성물, 더 구체적으로 신규한 화합물 및 이의 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 허혈성 뇌혈관 질환 치료, 예방 및 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는 화합물은 신경세포 보호능 및 신경세포사 억제능이 우수하고, 아교세포 활성 억제능이 뛰어나며, 뇌허혈에 민감하다고 알려져 있는 뇌 해마조직 CA1 영역의 신경 손상을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있어서, 허혈성 뇌혈관 질환을 효과적으로 치료, 예방 및 개선하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 또한 이러한 효과가 동물실험을 통하여 확인되었으므로, 인체에 대한 부작용도 없거나 극히 적을 것으로 예상되므로, 뇌신경세포의 보호 및 뇌질환의 치료, 예방 또는 개선을 위해 다양하게 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing Codonopsis lanceolat extract is provided to suppress neuron apoptosis and glial cell activity and to effectively prevent neural injury. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating ischemic cerebral diseases contains Codonopsis lanceolat extract as an active ingredient. The diseases include cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, senile dementia, Alzheimer disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington disease, or thromboembolism. Abstract: PURPOSE: A functional food for promoting differentiation of neutral stem cell containing platycodon root extract as an active ingredient is provided to suppress the reduction of differentiation of proliferation of neutral stem cells caused by aging and to promote differentiation of proliferation of neutral stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A functional food comprises platycodon root extract as an active ingredient to promote differentiation of proliferation of neutral stem cells. The nerve stem cells are derivated from dentate gyrus subgranular zone of hippocampus. The differentiation of the stem cell comprises the production of stem cells, fission, differentiation and movement. The platycodon root extract is obtained by cutting the dried platycodon root; extracting it at 20-150deg.C through enfleurage extraction, hot water extraction, ultrasonic extraction, and extraction under reflux condensation.
