The present invention relates to fermented balloon flower root pills and a preparation method thereof and, more particularly, to fermented balloon flower root pills obtained by mixing medicinal herbs to a fermented balloon flower root extract to make a concentrate, and to a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, provided are fermented balloon flower root pills having medicinal effects on the improvement of phlegm discharge function and the promotion of brain activity by mixing medicinal herbs to a fermented balloon flower root extract to make a concentrate, and to a preparation method thereof. Therefore, the fermented balloon flower root extract and various medicinal herbs having medicinal effects can be prepared in a pill formation which has the advantages of being easy to carry and having constant doses unlike a powder formulation.

PURPOSE: A transformant having high content of methionine using perilla-derived seed storage protein is provided to specifically overexpress PrLeg in potato tuber and produce crops having rich necessary amino acid content. CONSTITUTION: An expression vector contains a gene of perilla-derived seed storage protein. A promoter of a gene for tuber-specific expression is Patatin promoter derived from potato. The gene of seed storage protein is nucleic acid encoding PrLeg protein. The expression vector is CaMV35S::PrLeg/pSJ001, or Patatin::PrLeg/pSJpatatin01. A method for preparing a transformant having high content of methionine comprises: a step of preparing the expression vector; a step of transforming plant tissue with the expression vector; and a step of selecting transformant in which the expression vector is introduced.

본 발명은 발효도라지환 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 발효된 도라지 추출물에 한방약초를 혼합 농축시킨 발효도라지환 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 발효된 도라지 추출물에 한방약초를 혼합 농축시킨 발효도라지환 및 이의 제조방법이 제공되며, 이에 따라 약리 효과가 있는 발효된 도라지 추출물 및 다양한 한방약초를 휴대가 용이하며, 산제와는 달리 복용량이 일정한 장점이 있는 환제로 조제할 수 있다.

Provided is a method for preparing a transformed potato which includes the increased contents of vitamin C in a tuber and a leaf, and improve resistivity to external stress so that the transformed potato grows up well. A transformed potato is transformed to a dihydroascorbate reductase gene derived from a hairy root of sesame. The increased amount of dihydroascorbate reductase gene is expressed in a leaf of the potato when compared with a wild potato under promoter control of a gene for general expression. The promoter of the gene for general expression is a CaMV35S promoter. The increased amount of dihydroascorbate reductase gene is expressed in a tuber of the potato when compared with the wild potato under promoter control of a gene for tuber specific expression. The promoter of the gene for tuber specific expression is a promoter of a patatin gene.
