Abstract: According to the present invention, provided are a lift system for a construction work and a control method thereof comprising: a main driving motor which is operated to move a lift car for construction up and down; an operating panel including a lever switch for enabling a driver to operate the lift car for construction, and a panel input part for inputting reservation floor information for reversing a floor where the lift car for construction is operated; a PLC unit for controlling the transfer of the lift car for construction by applying an ascending or descending operating signal about the lift car for construction using the reservation floor information inputted through the lever switch and the panel input part; an inverter unit connected to the main driving motor for controlling the operation state of the main driving motor by applying power supplied through a power cable from an electricity system in a separate construction site to the main driving motor according to an inverter control signal of the PLC unit; and a sensing unit including an encoder for sensing a rotation number of the main driving motor and for transferring a rotation number sensing signal to the PLC unit. Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for regenerating the regenerative power of a construction work lift. Provided is the system for regenerating the regenerative power of a construction work lift which is able to improve energy efficiency by allowing the regenerated regenerative power that is generated from a driving motor which vertically drives a lift car to be transferred and be used as a construction field electrical power system or general electrical power system, to be further stably operated by continuously performing normal operation of a lift car under an ignorable abnormal condition, such as a momentary contact failure of one line of an electrical power cable, and to be further stably operated by preventing the risk of carry material damage and the risk of passenger injury in the lift car by receiving a common use power which is converted and output from a regenerative power conversion part and gradually stopping a driving motor so that the lift car is gradually stopped without suddenly stopping even though a power cable is disconnected and power not supplied.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A regenerated brake power restoring system of a lift for construction work is provided to stably supply power during the generation of an abnormal state and to increase the generation of regenerated brake power by operating a main operating motor for a lifting movement and additionally operating an extra sub operating motor during a descending movement. CONSTITUTION: A regenerated brake power restoring system includes a main operating motor (100), a sub operating motor (100a), an inverter unit (200), a regenerated brake power converting unit (300), a line monitoring unit (400), a sub contactor, and an inverter control unit. When a lift car (C) is lifted up, only the main operating motor is operated by the inverter unit. Abstract: 본 발명은 건설 작업용 리프트의 회생 전력 재생 시스템에 관한 것으로, 리프트카를 상하 구동하는 구동 모터로부터 발생하는 회생 전력을 재생하여 공사 현장 전력 계통 또는 일반 수용가 전력 계통으로 전송 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있고, 전력 케이블의 순간적인 1선 접촉 불량과 같은 무시할 수 있는 이상 상태에 대해서는 리프트카의 계속적인 정상 작동을 가능하게 함으로써, 더욱 안정적인 운전을 가능하게 하며, 전력 케이블이 단선되어 전력 공급이 차단되더라도 회생 전력 변환부로부터 변환 출력되는 상용 전력을 공급받아 구동 모터를 점진적으로 정지시킴으로써, 리프트카가 급정지하지 않고 점진적으로 정지하게 되므로 리프트카에 탑승한 탑승객의 부상 위험 및 운반 자재의 손상 위험을 방지할 수 있어 더욱 안전한 운전을 가능하게 하는 건설 작업용 리프트의 회생 전력 재생 시스템을 제공한다.
