본 발명은 엔진에서 가열된 냉각수를 바이패스 시키기 위한 수단인 냉각수 개폐밸브와 상기 냉각수 개폐밸브와 연결되는 바이패스 파이프를 공조장치의 외부 일측에 구비하여, 난방모드의 경우 엔진에서 나오는 가열 냉각수가 차량 공조장치 내의 열교환기로 유입되게 하고, 냉방모드의 경우 가열 냉각수가 공조장치의 열교환기측으로 유입되는 것을 차단하여 냉방 공기 효율을 개선할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and a system for controlling the air conditioning of a vehicle using an infrared sensor for measuring vehicle temperature with a multi-divided measuring method are provided to obtain temperature information of a target object. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the air conditioning of a vehicle comprises an infrared sensor and a controller. The system for controlling the air conditioning of a vehicle detects the temperature of multipld divided cell areas(S512,S514,S516). The controller compares the temperature value of each area with a target temperature value(S520). When a difference between the temperature value of each area and the target temperature value is lower or the same as a critical value, a current air conditioning control is maintained(S555). When the difference is higher than the critical value, the air conditioning control is performed by differentiating the critical value.

하나의 모터를 통해 모드도어 및 템프도어와 같은 복수의 도어가 구동할 수 있는 차량용 도어 액츄에이터가 소개된다. 이 도어 액츄에이터는 케이스(600)에 내장되는 모터(100)의 출력웜기어(110)와, 출력웜기어(110)와 맞물림이 가능한 작동축 상에 배치되는 제1변환기어(210)와, 제1변환기어(210)와 나란하게 위치되도록 작동축 상에 배치되는 제2변환기어(310)와, 제1변환기어(210)가 상기 출력웜기어(110)에 맞물려지도록 제1변환기어(210)를 푸쉬하는 로드(410)를 구비하여 제1변환기어(210)의 상부측에 설치되는 솔레노이드 밸브(400)와, 제2변환기어(310)를 탄성적으로 지지하도록 제2변환기어(310)의 하부측에 설치되는 탄성스프링(500)을 포함하여 구성된다.

PURPOSE: An infrared sensor apparatus for measuring vehicle temperature by adopting multi-division measurement method is provided to generate individual temperature information for each division region through the adoption of multi-division measurement method. CONSTITUTION: An infrared sensor apparatus for measuring vehicle temperature by adopting multi-division measurement method comprises a lens unit(100), a chip unit(120), and pin units(130a,130b,130c,130d) and a wire(110). The lens unit is made of a resin material and collects and transmits the external light from the outside. The chip unit is arranged at a rear portion of the lens unit to generate a temperature value by sensing the infrared ray received thorough a lens. The chip unit converts the temperature value into an electric signal, and the pin units are connected to the rear portion of the chip unit.

PURPOSE: A door actuator of vehicles is provided to improve a space conjugation rate because a plurality of doors are driven and reduce manufacturing costs by using a motor installed inside of a door actuator. CONSTITUTION: A door actuator of vehicles comprises a motor(100), an output worm gear(110), first and second conversion gears(210,310), a solenoid valve(400), and a elastic spring. The first conversion gear is arranged on an operational axis enable to interlock with the output worm gear. The second fear is arranged side by side with the first conversion gear on the operational axis. The solenoid valve comprises a rod(410) pushing the first conversion gear to be interlocked with the output worm gear, thereby being installed in the upper part of the first conversion gear. The elastic spring is installed in the bottom of the second conversion gear to elastically support the second conversion gear.
