Abstract: PURPOSE: A panel mounting structure for shock absorbing is provided to minimize the shock of a pedestrian when a vehicle hits the pedestrian by absorbing a shock energy in several steps. CONSTITUTION: A panel mounting structure for shock absorbing comprises an insert member(60) including an insert part(64) integrally formed at the lower surface of a first flange part(62) and a first hanging part(64a) formed at the insert part; a retainer member(80) including a second flange part(82) having a same shape with the first flange part, a penetration hole(84) in which the insert part is inserted, and a second hanging part(84a) engaged with the first hanging part at a part of the inner surface of the penetration hole to separate the first and the second flange parts; a spring(70) inserted into the insert part to supply the elastic force between the first flange part and the second flange part; and a shock absorbing member(50) formed to have a length as high as the separation length between the first and the second flange parts. The first flange part is fixed to a side of a panel and the second flange part to the other side of the panel.

A method for manufacturing the catalyst electrode for a fuel cell comprises the steps of: evenly spreading titanium oxide on a boat, putting the boat in an electric furnace, and flowing nitrogen gas to make a nitrogen atmosphere; flowing ammonia gas while raising the nitrogen atmosphere temperature to a preset temperature for a predetermined time; and nitriding the titanium oxide by maintaining the preset temperature for a predetermined time.
