Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-obesity composition derived from gulfweeds. More specifically, provided is an anti-obesity pharmaceutical composition or a functional health food containing an extract of Myagropsis myagroides or a fraction of the same as an active ingredient. The extract or the fraction separated from the same of the present invention is a safe material which has excellent effects in inhibiting fat cell differentiation, fat generation, and fat accumulation and is not cellulotoxic so as to be usefully used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition or a functional health food for decreasing body fat and treating obesity.

본 발명은 에드와드시엘라 타르다 ( Edwardsiella tarda )의 16S rRNA 검출에 사용되는 올리고 뉴클레오타이드 프로브 (probe) 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 에드와드시엘라 타르다 ( Edwardsiella tarda )로부터 분리한 서열 10의 16S rRNA, 이로부터 얻어진 특정 서열의 올리고 뉴클레오타이드를 포함하여 에드와드시엘라 타르다 ( Edwardsiella tarda )를 검출하는 올리고 뉴클레오타이드 프로브(probe)는 기존의 올리고 뉴클레오타이드 프로브에 비해 교차 반응이 현저히 감소된, 감도가 높고 특이성이 향상된 프로브이며, 본 발명의 PCR을 이용하는 다중체 프로브의 제조방법은 간단하고 신속하게 특이성이 우수한 다중체 프로브를 제조할 수 있는 경제적인 프로브 제조방법이다.
