Abstract:
PURPOSE: Thermophilic microorganisms having improved organic matter decomposing activity are provided. The microorganisms can grow at high temperature of 60 deg. C or more and effectively decompose organic matter. Therefore, compost can be effectively prepared. CONSTITUTION: A microbial preparation for accelerating decomposition of organic matters comprises thermophilic microorganisms Bacillus stearothermophillus NIAST, Chaetomium thermophile NIAST and Thermoactinomyces NIAST. A method for culturing thermophilic microorganisms comprises the steps of: inserting a sterilized medium into a culture vessel; inoculating the thermophilic microorganisms into the medium; culturing the thermophilic microorganisms at an appropriate temperature with supplying air.
Abstract:
A novel Kluyvera sp. CL-2 stain is provided to solubilize insoluble-phosphate immobilized in soil effectively, reduce phosphate application level and increase phosphate application rate. A Kluyvera sp. CL-2 stain solubilizing insoluble-phosphate includes a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1 and is deposited as a deposition no. KACC91283P. A bio-fertilizer comprises a fungus body of the Kluyvera sp. CL-2 stain or a culture solution thereof as an effective ingredient. The strain or the bio-fertilizer is directly applied to the soil to solubilize the insoluble-phosphate immobilized in soil.

The fermented compost (A) of the organic fertilizers is mfd. by adding squashy pebbles, turfs, swelled rice hulls and an additive to the bean curd dregs obtd. in the producing process of the bean curd, inoculating a Bacillus Brevis AS91B to the mixt., and cultivating it at 25-30 deg.C for 25-35 days. The liquor fertilizer (B) of the organic fertilizers is mfd. by adding 0.01-0.1 % saccharines to the bean curd liquors, inoculating the Bacillus to the mixt., and cultivating it at 25-35 deg.C for 4-5 days. The organic fertilizer is used for the vegetables culture.

A novel strain is provided to solubilize insoluble-phosphate excellently within a short time, prevent solubilized phosphate from being fixed on soil due to reusing the solubilized phosphate at a rapid rate, and supply phosphoric acid, which is necessary for a plant, efficiently by gradually releasing the solubilized phosphate into the soil again. A Pseudomonas sp. CL-1 strain solubilizing insoluble-phosphate fixed on soil is deposited as a deposition no. KACC 91282P. A biofertilizer comprises a fungus body or a culture solution of the Pseudomonas sp. CL-1 strain. To solubilize the insoluble-phosphate fixed on the soil, the strain or the fertilizer is directly applied to the soil.

A feed additive is prepd. by innoculating medium contg. bean-curd refuse, rice bran and food sludge with bacillus brevis AS91B KFCC 10781, and fermenting at room temp. and aerobic condition for 25-35 days. The strain is obtd. from soybean malt, soybean paste, fermented soybean or kimchi.

본 발명은 토양에 고정된 난용성 인산염을 가용화하는 기능이 우수한 슈도모나스 에스피 씨엘-1균주를 제공하고, 또한 난용성 인산염을 가용화하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 슈도모나스 에스피 씨엘-1균주는 난용성 인산염을 가용화시켜 식물이 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 형태의 인산이온으로 변화시켜 준다. 또한, 본 발명의 균주는 단시일에 인산가용화 능력이 우수한 기능을 가진 균주이면서 가용화인을 빠른속도로 미생물체 구성에 재이용하는 특성이 있어 토양에 고정되는 것을 차단하고, 다시 토양중에 서서히 방출하여 식물이 필요로 하는 인산성분을 효율적으로 공급한다. 슈도모나스 에스피, 난용성인산염, 가용화, 균주
