본 발명은 밭두둑에 덮어 놓은 비닐을 손쉽게 수거하기 위한 밭두둑용 비닐수거기에 관련한 것으로서, 비닐 수거기는 비닐 굴취(掘取)부를 구비하고 있어서 흙에 묻힌 비닐을 굴취하고, 굴취된 비닐을 수집 갈퀴로 모아줌으로써 비닐을 보다 용이하게 전량 수거할 수 있도록 한 밭두둑용 비닐수거기에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 특징적 구성은, 관리기 후방에 고정되는 메인프레임; 상기 메인프레임에 지지된 채 땅속에 묻혀있는 비닐을 굴취하여 주는 굴취부; 및 상기 메인프레임에 지지된 채 굴취된 비닐을 끌어 모으는 수거부;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밭두둑용 비닐수거기이다. 밭두둑, 비닐수거기, 굴취부

A root crop harvester is provided to enable a user to easily separate soil and the root crops such as a peanut by using a vibrating plate and vibrating screen in double. The root crop harvester includes a power transmission shaft(1) receiving a power from a tractor, a vibrating plate(10) connected to a vertical connecting link, a ridge cutting blade(20) fixedly installed on a front of the vibrating plate to form a constant angle with the surface of the earth, a soil transferring portion(30) transferring the soil shattered by the vibrating plate in a rear direction of the machine, and a vibrating screen(40) for separating the soil and a peanut transferred through the soil transferring portion.

PURPOSE: An anticancer compound isolated from Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim. and a purification method thereof are provided. The isolated compound has improved anticancer activity. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer compound is isolated from Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim, and includes (25S)-5β-spirostan-3β, 17α-diol-3-0-β- D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)- £α -L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)|-β- D-glucopyranoside represented by formula 1. A method for extracting the anticancer compound of the formula 1 comprises the steps of: repeatedly extracting Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim. using an organic solvent, followed by solvent-distribution; and subjecting the extract of Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim. to chromatography.

A cultivator attachment type weed cutter is provided, which can more effectively cut the seed stem for the ridge and performs a weed cutting work without the dead space. A cultivator attachment type weed cutter comprises: a housing combined with a cultivator; a cutting unit(20) which is rotatably installed inside the housing and cuts the stem of crops; a power transmission unit(30) delivering the power of the cultivator to the cutting unit; a tension controller(40) for controlling the tension of the belt in case the power transmission unit is the belt; and a clutch connecting and blocking the power between the cutting unit and the cultivator. The cutting unit is equipped with a rotary shaft(22) which is connected to the power transmission unit and is rotated.

PURPOSE: Provided is a natural aspaoligonin isolated from Asaragus oligoclonos Maxim. Also, an isolating method thereof is provided. The aspaoligonin is potentially developed into medical supplies if its medicinal action is examined. CONSTITUTION: The aspaoligonin represented by formula (1) is isolated from Asaragus oligoclonos Maxim. by the following steps of: grinding the dried roots of Asaragus oligoclonos Maxim.; extracting the grinded roots with methanol at room temperature; filtering the extract solution and concentrating the filtrate under vacuum condition; dissolving the concentrates in distilled water and defatting the solution with ether; extracting the water layer of the defatted solution with butanol to obtain the butanol fragment; purifying the butanol fragment by chromatography on silica gel to obtain 20 fragments; and purifying the 5th fragment by using Sep-Pak C18 to obtain aspaoligonin.

A vinyl collecting device is provided, which makes the vinyl collected more easily by gathering the collected vinyl to the end of the ridge between fields using a collection fork. A vinyl collecting device comprises: a main frame(10) which is fixed to the rear of a cultivator; a digging part(20) which is supported in the main frame and digs both side end points of the vinyl buried in the ground; and a collecting part(30) which is supported in the main frame and gathers the vinyl. The digging part is combined with the rearward pipe of the main frame by the medium of a clamp and comprises first and second perpendicular frames in which a number of pinholes are punched in the longitudinal direction and first and second side plates which are fixed to the bottom of the first and second perpendicular frames.
