PURPOSE: A Chinese chive variety for bare ground cultivation is provided, which Chinese chive variety can pass the winter in the bare ground without damage. CONSTITUTION: A Chinese chive variety for bare ground cultivation is prepared by crossbreeding YCA 9 as a mother plant with greenbelt as a father plant using apomixis, wherein the Chinese chive variety has deep dormancy, weak low temperature extension, and perpendicular type grass as ecological characteristics, and 36.7±5cm of grass length, 5.5±1.0mm of leaf width, 8.0±1.0 of tillering number, deep green of leaf color, 58.7±10cm of flower stalk length, 81±10 of flower number per a flower stalk, brown of stamen color, and white with small yellow and brown line of flower color as morphological characteristics.

PURPOSE: An anticancer compound isolated from Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim. and a purification method thereof are provided. The isolated compound has improved anticancer activity. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer compound is isolated from Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim, and includes (25S)-5β-spirostan-3β, 17α-diol-3-0-β- D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)- £α -L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)|-β- D-glucopyranoside represented by formula 1. A method for extracting the anticancer compound of the formula 1 comprises the steps of: repeatedly extracting Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim. using an organic solvent, followed by solvent-distribution; and subjecting the extract of Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim. to chromatography.

본 발명은 주조과정 중 효소의 작용을 도와 신속한 발효가 가능하도록 한 팽화유색현미를 이용하여, 일반대중이 알콜기호음료로서 상용하기 쉬우며, 유색현미의 영양학적 기능성과 색소특성 및 기호성이 증진된 유색현미 약, 탁주를 간편하게 제조하는 방버에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 팽화유색 현미를 이용한 유색술의 제조방법은, 유색현미와 일반미를 혼합하고 팽화압출시켜 α화시킨 팽화유색현미에 곡자추출물과 효모를 첨가하여 활성화시킨 다음, 가수하여 구연산을 용해시킨 후, 고르게 혼합하여 1단 발효하고, 발효가 완료되면 1단 발효물에 다시 팽화유색현미 및 곡자추출물을 첨가하고 2단 발효시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명의 팽화유색현미를 이용한 유색술의 제조방법에 의하면, 발효기간이 짧아 제조공정이 종래의 여러 방법에 비해 간단하며, 수침 및 증자를 위한 시설 및 인력의 낭비를 방지할 수 있고, 유색현미를 사용하여 일반대중이 알콜기호음료로서 상용하기 쉬우며, 유색현미의 영양학적 기능성과 색소특성 및 기호성이 증진된 고부가가치의 유색현미 약, 탁주를 제조할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A Chinese chive variety for protected cultivation in winter is prepared by crossbreeding YCA15 as a mother plant with greenbelt as a father plant using apomixis, wherein the Chinese chive variety has shallow dormancy and strong low temperature extension as ecological characteristics, and 35.4±5cm of grass length, 7.4±1.0mm of leaf width, 5.0±1.0 of tillering number, bright green(10GY) of leaf color, 76.5±10cm of flower stalk length, 88±10 of flower number per a flower stalk, yellow of stamen color, and white of flower color as morphological characteristics.

PURPOSE: Provided are a microsatellite DNA marker combination for classification of rice varieties and specific code numbers given thereby, therefore each of 148 kinds of Korean rice has a specific code number, so that the Korean rice can be easily classified. CONSTITUTION: The microsatellite DNA marker combination for classification of rice varieties consists of six(6) microsatellite DNA markers of RM48, RM249, RM209, RM70, RM257 and OSR20, wherein they are positioned at the 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th and 12th sites in a rice chromosome, respectively, and have their own numbers of two digits according to each PCR amplified allele. Each variety of the rice is given code number of 11 digits by combination of the 6 microsatellite markers according to chromosome numbers; and the microsatellite DNA markers are selected by using PCR amplification and 4% acrylamide electrophoresis.

PURPOSE: A method for non-destructive analysis of one seed grain by near infrared ray absorption spectrum is provided to precisely analyze the components and characteristics of one seed grain in a short time without using any additional chemical analysis equipments. CONSTITUTION: A method for non-destructive analysis of one seed grain by near infrared ray absorption spectrum includes the steps of measuring near infrared ray absorption spectrums(400-2500mm) of 30-100 seeds of selected grain samples by a horizontal manual module, correcting absorbancy per wavelength measured by 30-100 grains respectively with a single average absorption spectrum per wavelength, randomly distinguishing 150 averaged absorption spectrum into about 100 estimation model developing models and about 50 estimation model testing models, correcting the uniformity of the samples by using a sieve of 60 mesh after preparing powdered samples, testing the moisture content of the powdered samples by drying for 2 hours in a drier of 105°C, precisely carrying out chemical analysis of contents of components such as protein and fat contained in the powdered samples twice or more, removing samples of which a difference in the chemical analysis is beyond a range of 0.2-0.4% from the models, inserting real component contents of which moisture contents are corrected into the measured average absorption spectrum, carrying out the statistic analysis for setting optimum estimation models for the respective components, and selecting the optimum estimation models by discriminating the precision of the estimation models.

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for coding crops to classify their own variety and to give a coding number to each crop. CONSTITUTION: The method for coding crops to classify varieties thereof comprises the steps of: subjecting DNA markers to PCR amplification, 4% acrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining(S100); analyzing each bend pattern for each variety of crops(S200); giving the specific code number of 2 digits to the each variety for each DNA marker according to analysis of the bend pattern(S300); and sequentially giving the specific code numbers to crops according to the order of chromosomes using the numbers given above according to the order of DNA markers present in a chromosome of the plant.

본 발명은 유색현미를 이용하여, 일반대중이 알콜기호음료로서 상용하기 쉽고, 또한 유색현미의 영양학적 기능성과 색소특성 및 기호성이 증진된 약, 탁주를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유색현미를 이용한 유색술의 제조방법에 의하면, 종래의 증자법을 이용한 알콜발효시 예견되는 문제점을 해결하면서, 유색현미를 사용하여 일반대중이 알콜 기호음료로서 상용하기 쉽고, 유색현미의 영양과 유색현미 색소특성 및 기호성이 증진된 고부가치의 약, 탁주를 제조할 수 있다.
