Abstract:
PURPOSE: A transfer device and a transfer method are provided to detect errors in a transfer process by moving a driven unit mounting a transferred component by the rotary power of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit (30) moves a driven unit (20) connected to a belt in a preset direction. The driving unit includes a driven side pulley which rotates by corresponding to the movement of the belt. A transfer monitoring unit (40) detects the transfer state of the driven unit. An I/F unit (50) outputs the transfer state detected by the transfer monitoring unit. A control unit (10) controls the driving unit based on a transfer condition inputted through the I/F unit. PURPOSE: A substrate transfer apparatus, a substrate transfer method, and a recording medium in which a program is stored in order to execute a substrate transfer process are provided to perform a proper transfer control process according to a retention state of a substrate on a fork. CONSTITUTION: A retention frame(3A,3B) is movably installed on a substrate placement part. A retention part is installed with a gap along the inner circumference of the retention frame. A detection part(4A,4B) detects a relative position of the substrate with respect to the retention frame. A heating module(7) comprises a processing container(71), a thermal plate(72), a lifting pin(73), and a lifting device(74). A controller(5) comprises an operation processing part(51), a memory unit(52), a display part(53), and an alarm generation part(54).
