Abstract: PURPOSE: A liquid treatment apparatus, a liquid treatment method and a storage medium are provide to suppress the total exhaust volume of liquid treatment equipment and to increase a array number of a substrate holding unit. CONSTITUTION: First air blow amount controllers are respectively connected to a plurality of discrete exhaust ducts(7). The first air blow amount controllers adjusts the outside blowing amount from a cup body side and the outside blowing amount from a branch pipe side. When a drug solution nozzle is a set position opposite to a substrate on a substrate holding part, a controller sets the first air blow amount controllers corresponding to the cup body(4) in a first state. The controller sets the first air blow amount controllers corresponding to the other cup body in a second state.
