PURPOSE: A pixel circuit for a flat panel display device and a driving method thereof are provided to easily control a threshold voltage by forming a pixel circuit with the oxide thin film transistor of a dual gate structure. CONSTITUTION: A first gate(G1) is connected to a scan line in a first transistor(T1). A drain(D) is connected to a data line in the first transistor. The second transistor(T2) forms a first gate to be connected to the source(S) of the first transistor. The second transistor forms the drain to be connected to a first supply voltage. A capacitor(C1) is formed to be connected between the first gate and the source of the second transistor.

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor, a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic light emitting display device including the same are provided to easily implement a current driving circuit through the control of a threshold voltage and an electric property by forming two channels on an active layer corresponding to two gate electrodes at each section. CONSTITUTION: A first gate electrode(14a) is formed on a substrate(10). A source electrode(14b) is separated from the gate electrode and is formed on the substrate. A first insulation layer(16) is formed on the first gate electrode and the source electrode. An active layer connected to the source electrode is formed on the first insulation layer. A second insulation layer(20) is formed on the active layer. A second gate electrode(22a) and a drain electrode(22b) are formed on the second insulation layer.

An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to prevent distortion of control signals and antenna effect by compensating for delay of the control signals transferred to pixels. A pixel unit(301) includes a plurality of pixels. Control lines(CL) are arranged in a first direction between the pixels and supply control signals to the pixels. Data lines are arranged in a second direction and supply data signals to the pixels. The second direction crosses the first direction. Buffer circuits(311) are arranged between the pixels. At least one or more buffer circuits are formed in each of the control lines.
