PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of a device by forming a black matrix in the device and using compound semiconductor. CONSTITUTION: A substrate comprises a light emitting region and a non-emitting region. A black matrix(105) is located in a region except for one side of the light emitting region. A gate insulation layer is formed on the substrate and insulates a semiconductor layer and a gate electrode. A first electrode is located on a light emitting unit and is formed on the gate insulation layer. A pixel defining layer opens a part of the first electrode and is located on the substrate. An organic layer(180) is located on the first electrode. A second electrode(190) is located on the substrate.

PURPOSE: A substrate having a capacitor and a TFT(Thin Film Transistor), a flat display device equipping the same and a manufacturing method of the same with the capacitor and the TFT are provided to reduce manufacturing cost and simplify a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A first capacitor electrode has conductive property to be formed into a doped semiconductor layer doped with the semiconductor layer arranged in the same layer. An insulating layer(116) covers the above semiconductor layer and the first capacitor electrode. A gate electrode corresponding to the partial domain of the semiconductor layer and a second capacitor electrode corresponding to the first capacitor electrode are arranged on the insulating layer. The thickness of the gate electrode is thicker than the thickness of the second capacitor electrode.

본 발명은 전극 구조를 개선한 유기 발광 표시 장치 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 유기 발광 표시 장치는, 기판과, 박막 트랜지스터와, 화소 전극을 포함한다. 박막 트랜지스터는 기판 상에 형성되며, 반도체층, 게이트 전극, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극을 포함한다. 화소 전극은, 박막 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 연결되며, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극과 동일한 층에 형성된다. 이때, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극은 제1 도전층을 포함하고, 화소 전극은 제1 도전층 및 이에 적층되는 제2 도전층을 포함한다.

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a fabricating method of the same are provided to increase production yield while reducing production costs by forming a pixel definition film with an inorganic film and forming a spacer and the pixel definition film at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In a organic light emitting display device and a fabricating method of the same, a substrate(200) comprises a lighting-emitting area and a non-lighting area. A semiconductor layer is located on the substrate. A gate insulating layer(230) is arranged over the substrate. A gate electrode(220) corresponds to the semiconductor layer. An insulating layer is arranged over the substrate. The source and the drain electrode are located on the insulating layer and is electrically connected to the semiconductor layer. The first electrode is arranged on the lighting-emitting area of the substrate. A pixel definition layer opens a part of the first electrode. A spacer is located on the pixel definition layer and is arranged on the non-lighting area. The pixel definition layer is an inorganic film and the spacer is an organic film.

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by implementing a touch panel function without the increase of the thickness. CONSTITUTION: A first touch sensing electrode layer(21) is formed on a substrate(10). A first protection layer(24) is formed on a first touch sensing electrode layer. A ground layer(30) which is electrically grounded is formed on the front of the first protection layer. An insulation layer(11) is formed on the ground layer. An organic light emitting device(40) is formed on the insulation layer.

A flat panel display including a semiconductor circuit, and a method of manufacturing the semiconductor circuit are disclosed. In one embodiment, the semiconductor circuit includes i) a substrate, ii) a semiconductor layer and a first capacitor electrode formed on the substrate, the first capacitor electrode being doped to be conductive, iii) an insulating layer covering the semiconductor layer and the first capacitor electrode, iv) a gate electrode disposed on the insulating layer and corresponding to a portion of the semiconductor layer, and v) a second capacitor electrode disposed on the insulating layer and corresponding to the first capacitor electrode, wherein the gate electrode is thicker than the second capacitor electrode.

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and the manufacturing time by forming a first electrode and a pad unit at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A second substrate(120) is bonded with a first substrate(110) and protects a drive circuit part(130) and an organic light-emitting device. An air layer is formed between the second substrate and the organic light-emitting device. The drive circuit part is formed on the first substrate. The organic light-emitting device emits the light according to the driving signal transferred from the drive circuit part.
