Abstract: PURPOSE: A chemical vapor deposition apparatus and a thin film depositing method using the same are provided to grow a thin film under a stable growth condition by accurately controlling the temperature of a processing gas supplied to a reaction chamber. CONSTITUTION: A reaction chamber (100) is formed with a sealed structure including an inner space. The reaction chamber includes a support unit (110) on which a wafer is located and a gas supply unit (120) which supplies a processing gas to a reaction space. A heat exchanging unit (200) heats or cools the processing gas. A control unit (300) controls the flow rate of the processing gas supplied according to the growth step of a thin film in the reaction chamber. The control unit detects the temperature difference of the processing gas at each step. The control unit selectively heats or cools the processing gas by controlling the operation of the heat exchanging unit.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for preventing degradation of hearing ability in a mobile terminal are provided to adjust the volume of a sound within such a range that a user may not feel, without causing user inconvenience according to a reduction of the sound volume. A sound management unit(106) compares the volume of a currently outputted sound and a safe sound volume and adjusts the volume of the output sound. A controller(100) instructs the sound management unit(108) to determine whether the volume of the output sound is so high as to cause degradation of hearing ability or not and instructs the sound management unit(106) to adjust the output sound to have a volume that may not affect the hearing ability. A sound database(108) includes the safety sound information, a sound threshold value, output time information, and etc. If the volume of the currently outputted sound is greater than or the same as the safety sound volume, the sound management unit(106) determines that it would cause the hearing ability.
