Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for controlling the performance of a storage and a semiconductor storage device thereof are provided to secure the lifetime of the storage by controlling the performance of the storage according to the change of a workload. CONSTITUTION: An average data throughput for one cycle of a storage is calculated when the storage is operated according to a workload applied at a current cycle(S71). The calculated average data throughput is compared with a preset reference average data throughput to secure the lifetime of the storage(S72). The performance of the storage is controlled according to the comparison result.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A storage device and a driving method are provided to rapidly rearrange the data in a storage area corresponding to the amount of data shared, thereby easily managing the data. CONSTITUTION: A data storage unit(10) includes a first storage area and a second storage area corresponding to a different physical address and stores the first data in the first storage area. A first memory(21) stores the amount of first data shared. When the amount of the shared first data is changed, a controller(30) rearranges the first data from the first storage area to a second storage area. The first storage area stores the data to which the shared amount is included in the first range. The second storage area stores the data to which the shared amount is included in the second range.
Abstract:
An image sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pixel array including a plurality of sub-pixel groups, each of which includes a plurality of sub-pixels for generating a sub-pixel signal corresponding to one photocharge accumulated in response to a photon; and a low drive block for generating a first control signal to control action of the pixel array, wherein the first control signal controls the plurality of sub-pixels included in the same sub-pixel group to accumulate the photocharge from a first time point to a second time point. Therefore, according to the image sensor of the embodiment of the present invention, an image distortion caused by a time difference in photocharge accumulation can be eliminated by enabling sub-pixels in a sub-pixel group having a binary output to accumulate photocharge at the same time.
