본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 양자점 발광소자는, 서로 마주보는 제1 전극과 제2 전극; 상기 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 위치하고, 양자점을 포함하는 발광층; 및 상기 제1 전극과 상기 발광층 사이에 위치하고, 금속 산화물 박막을 포함하는 전자 수송층을 포함하고, 상기 금속 산화물 박막은 In 2 O 3 , ZnO, SiO 2 및 SnO 2 로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 조성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a platycodin D derivative comprises: a step of preparing a Platycodon gradiflorum saponin from a Platycodon gradiflorum extract; a step of isolating platycodin D from the Platycodon gradiflorum saponin; and a step of bioconverting platycodin D using an Aspergillus niger crude enzyme liquid.

PURPOSE: A titanium oxide nanotube material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve electro-optical characteristic by arranging surface or direction of a tetragonal crystal system as a preferred direction. CONSTITUTION: A titanium oxide nanotube material has a crystal structure which is aligned in direction of a tetragonal crystal system as a preferred direction. Full width at half maximum of the rocking curve for surface peak of XRD data(004) is 11.1-20.3 degrees. A manufacturing method of the titanium oxide nanotube material comprises the following steps: preparing electrolyte having the moisture content of 1.5-2.5 wt%; dipping a titanium substrate in a vessel in which electrolyte is put; growing the titanium oxide nanotube on the titanium substrate by processing anodizing; desiccating the titanium substrate by washing; and crystallizing the titanium oxide nanotube by heat-treating the desiccated titanium substrate.

PURPOSE: An HDRI generating apparatus and method thereof are provided to define a ghost region based on a global transmission function. CONSTITUTION: An LDRI(Low Dynamic Range Image) collecting unit(110) changes the exposure of a photographing unit and collects a plurality of LDRI. An HDRI(High Dynamic Range Image) generating unit(120) determines a standard frame of the collected LDRI. The HDRI generating unit compares the determined reference frame with the collected LDRI. The HDRI generating unit determines a joint probability function. The HDRI generating unit generates HDRI based on the determined joint probability function.
