Abstract: PURPOSE: An assembly of an airbag module and a steering wheel is provided to minimize abrasion on the connection portion of an airbag housing and a mounting plate through an abrasion and noise prevention member. CONSTITUTION: An assembly of an airbag module and a steering wheel is formed by coupling an airbag module and a steering wheel to each other. The airbag module includes an airbag housing for receiving an airbag cushion therein. The steering wheel has a mounting plate. The airbag housing is elastically movable to the mounting plate. The airbag housing has multiple first hooks (102). The mounting plate has multiple second hooks (112) corresponding to the first hooks. Abrasion and noise prevention members (130) are formed on either the first hooks or the second hooks, and portions thereof are located between the first and second hooks.

Abstract: 본발명의실시예에따른에어백모듈과스티어링휠의조립체는, 에어백쿠션이수용되는에어백하우징을포함하는에어백모듈과, 중앙에마운팅플레이트부를구비한스티어링휠이서로결합되며, 상기마운팅플레이트부에대해상기에어백하우징이탄성이동이가능하도록결합된조립체로서, 상기에어백하우징에는복수의제1 후크가마련되고, 상기마운팅플레이트부에는상기복수의제1 후크와각각대응하여결합되도록복수의제2 후크가마련되며, 상기제1 후크및 상기제2 후크중 하나에는, 적어도일부분이상기제1 후크및 상기제2 후크사이에위치하여상기에어백하우징의탄성적인이동에의한상기제1 후크와상기제2 후크의마모및 접촉소음을방지하도록, 방지부재가마련되는것을특징으로한다. 본발명의실시예에의하면, 스티어링휠의마운팅플레이트부에대해에어백하우징이상하방향으로탄성이동하는경우, 마모및 소음방지부재를통해마운팅플레이트부와에어백하우징의상호연결부위에서타격소음및 마찰에의한마모가발생하는것을최소화할수 있다.
