Abstract: PURPOSE: The patterned dying package is to provided to give learning effects within a short period of time by allowing first users to easily dye regardless of the time and place by using the transparent vinyl, the indigo dye and the persimmon extract dye. CONSTITUTION: The persimmon dye of 180-220 mL of which the persimmon is pulverized and extracted is injected and sealed in a container. The handkerchief of the width and length being 40-44 cm dyed from dyed articles is prepared. The package also includes a plastic bag which the backside has a hole of 5 cm diameter, and a permanent pen, a manual, the persimmon dye, the sealed handkerchief, and a transparent OHP film of 0.2-0.4 mm thick.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An indigo composition is provided to be harmful for human body, to have high fastness when dyeing, to be used in dyeing without indigo pre-treatment and to have excellent dyeing effect. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an indigo composition comprises: a step of extracting polygonum indigo by hot water, pulverizing the extract condensation, freeze-drying and crushing the extract to manufacture an indican powder; a step of polygonum leaf in the shade and pulverizing the polygonum leaf to manufacture polygonum powder; a step of drying and pulverizing a gall tannin and glucose powder; a step of storing the mixture of the indican powder, the polygonum powder and the mixture of the gall tannin and glucose powder at room temperature; and a step of adding water to the mixture and oxidizing the mixture. Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of indigo powder is provided to reduce the color separation time of indigo comparison with the existing method, and prevent the generation of strain because of high content of indigo colorant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of indigo powder comprises: a step of adding water into indigo, crushing the indigo to the size of 1-3 cm, and separating extract by squeezing the indigo to make the moisture content of 6-8%(v/w); a step of filtering the extract; a step of supplying oxygen to make the dissolved oxygen of 30-50 ppm, or oxidizing the indigo extract by adding 3-7% of hydrogen peroxide based on the volume of the indigo extract; a step of separating indigo colorant by centrifuging or precipitating the oxidized extract; and a step of drying the indigo colorant, and crushing the dried colorant.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of indigofera tinctoria extract is provided to maximize antibiotic, anti-inflammation and anti-whitening effects by controlling extraction solvent, extracting temperature, and extracting time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of indigofera tinctoria extract comprises a step of adding ethanol to indigofera tinctoria and extracting the added mixture at 25-30 °C for 11-15 hours. The added amount of the indigofera tintoria is 80-120 parts by weight. The ethanol is 90-100% ethanol and the added amount of the ethanol is 240-360 parts by weight. A soap contains the indigofera tinctoria manufactured through the same.
