본 발명은, 비목나무(Lindera erythrocarpa) 추출물, 이의 분획물, 또는 이로부터 분리한 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물은 PPAR-γ 길항제로서 암, 동맥경화, 류마티스 관절염, 다발성경화증, 알츠하이머 또는 비만의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
The extracts of the Ishigeaceae plant showing the antidiabetic activity is provided. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the extracts of the Ishigeaceae plant is provided to improve anti-diabetic and anti-oxidative activities. The Ishigeaceae plant extract for prevention and improvement of diabetes is obtained from the Ishigeaceae plant, and is prepared by washing Ishige sinicola; dipping the washed Ishige sinicola in 70% ethanol and agitating it at room temperature for 2-3 days; filtering the leached product of Ishige sinicola to prepare the crude extract; and sequentially fractioning the crude extract with n-hexane, ethylacetate, and butanol to obtain fractions.

The present invention relates to a composition for prevention and treatment of stroke containing a Lindera erythrocarpa extract, a fraction thereof, or a compound isolated therefrom, as active ingredients. The Lindera erythrocarpa extract, the fraction thereof, or the compound isolated therefrom (methyl lucidone or methyl linderone) has no cytotoxicity to neurons, effectively inhibits neurotoxicity of microglia activated in stroke by effectively suppressing iNOS expression and NO generation in LPS-stimulated microglia; secretion of proinflammatory cytokines; and phosphorylation of ERK, p38, Akt, and the like and NF-κB signaling path, and exhibits neuroprotective effects against neuronal cell death. Therefore, The Lindera erythrocarpa extract, the fraction thereof, or the compound isolated therefrom is useful in prevention, function improvement, treatment, and assistance for treatment of stroke.

PURPOSE: A Lindera erythrocarpa-derived compound is provided to obtain a composition for skin whitening showing melanin inhibitory activity higher than existing albutin known as a whitening agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for separating a Lindera erythrocarpa-derived compound comprises the steps of: extracting Lindera erythrocarpa in a solvent to obtain Lindera erythrocarpa extracts; partitioning the Lindera erythrocarpa extracts into hexane, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, and butanol to obtain solvent fractions; partitioning the Lindera erythrocarpa extracts by performing a primary silicagel column chromatography using hexane and ethyl acetate as a solvent; and applying a secondary silica gel column chromatography to the extracts using a mixed solvent of hexane and ethyl acetate.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing Hedera rhombea extract which suppresses melanogenesis and tyrosinase activity is provided to treat melasma, dots, freckles, or hyperpigmentation during pregnancy. CONSTITUTION: A whitening cosmetic composition contains 25-100ug/ml of Hedera rhombea as an active ingredient. A method for preparing ethyl acetate from Hedera rhombea comprises: a step of washing and drying Hedera rhombea by hot air; a step of pulverizing Hedera rhombea; a step of precipitating pulverized Hedera rhombea in an organic solvent, leaching, and filtering; a step of repeating leaching and filtering two or three times; a step of decompressing and freeze-drying to obtain a powder; and a step of partitioning the Hedera rhombea extract with ethyl acetate. The organic solvent is 70% ethanol.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving skin condition contains Aster subulatus extract or its solvent fraction as an active ingredient. The Aster subulatu extract is obtained by pulverizing dried Aster subulatu, dipping the pulverized Aster subulatu in 70% ethanol, stirring for 2-3 days, filtering, compress-concentrating, and freeze-drying. An extract of Pimpinella komarovii is provided to secure excellent whitening effect and excellent antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activities. And a composition comprising the same as an effective ingredient is provided. An extract of Pimpinella komarovii with whitening activity is characterized in that it is prepared by hot-wind drying washed Pimpinella komarovii at a temperature of 40 deg.C, crushing the dried Pimpinella komarovii, dipping the crushed material of the Pimpinella komarovii in 70% ethanol with agitating for 2-3 days at room temperature, filtering the leachate using a filter to prepare a crude extract, and fractioning the crude extract using n-hexane, ethylacetate, and butanol in sequence. A composition for whitening, improving and preventing inflammatory diseases or antioxidizing comprises the extract of Pimpinella komarovii as an effective ingredient.
