본 발명은 토종닭의 유전적 배경 또는 품종을 판별하기 위한 SNP 마커 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 SNP 마커 조성물은 신품종 토종닭을 정확하게 식별하기 위한 품종 특이적이고 최적화된 SNP 마커의 조합으로, 토종닭의 유통과정에서 부정행위를 방지하는 수단으로 활용될 수 있으며, 토종닭에 대한 소비자의 신뢰도를 상승시켜 가금 생산 농가의 소득 증대에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacture of bovine and porcine plasma protein powders by treating low dose of gamma-ray, thereby preventing contamination by microorganisms, and removing biological risk factors while maintaining physicochemical properties of the plasma protein. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture of bovine and porcine plasma protein powders comprises the steps of: separating plasma from bovine and porcine using a centrifuger; precipitating the plasma using 2-10% trichloroacetic acid, 0.6-3N of hydrochloric acid, 50-70% of ammonium sulfate and the like; drying the precipitated plasma to give powder thereof; and packing the powder with polyethylene packing material and treating gamma-ray.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing process for a low molecular weight of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitor from hot water extract of lettuce root is provided, which is an efficient and economical process. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process for a low molecular weight of ACE inhibitor from lettuce root comprises the steps of: removing an impurities by washing lettuce, separating its root, adding distilled water to the root, and extracting by making reflux for 2hrs at 100deg.C, 60deg.C; filtering, centrifuging for 30min. at 4deg.C, 8000rpm, and collecting the upper solution; ultra-filtering the upper solution using ultra-filter membrane(limit of M.W. is 1000) to prepare the extract; filtering through membrane filter paper, loading on high performance liquid chromatography, and separating a fraction, F4 with highest activity; and then gathering the F4, freeze-drying, and purifying using reversed phase HPLC.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a chromogenic reagent which is characterized by including ammonium molybdate and an ascorbic acid, or including turmeric dissolved with hydrochloric acid (HCl) diluted with ethyl alcohol, and reacting with a fire retardant. Specifically, the chromogenic reagent of the present invention forms a blue or red color by coloring reaction with phosphor (P) or boron (B) included in a fire retardant to analyze effectiveness of treatment of the fire retardant for wood used for such a structure or furniture. Moreover, the present invention relates to a coloring method visually analyzing color changes according to the permeation level of the fire retardant by using a chromogenic reagent.
