PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing breast cancer using autoantibody is provided to prevent burden to a patient using blood as a test sample and to improve accuracy and density. CONSTITUTION: A vinculin autoantibody for diagnosing breast cancer specifically binds to vinculin protein of sequence number 2 or fragment thereof. A method or measuring vinculin autoantibody for diagnosing breast cancer comprises: a step of measuring vinculin autoantibody in a sample from an individual; a step of selecting individual with breast cancer in case of having lower autoantibody concentration than a healthy person. The sample is serum, plasma, or blood.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Thermostable antithrombin muteins are provided, which have improved thermostability and constant enzyme activity. Therefore, the muteins are useful as stable protein treating agents in vivo. CONSTITUTION: The thermostable antithrombin muteins are prepared by substituting one or more amino acids among 77th, 96th and 419th amino acids of human antithrombin having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 by other amino acids. The muteins are selected from the group consisting of the 77th amino acid, phenylalanine, that is substituted by leucine, the 77th amino acid, phenylalanine, that is substituted by valine, the 96th amino acid, asparagine, that is substituted by glycine, and the 419th amino acid, threonine, that is substituted by threonine in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2. The method for producing the thermostable antithrombin muteins comprises the steps of: (1) constructing a vector containing DNA encoding the thermostable antithrombin muteins; (2) cloning DNA fragments encoding the thermostable antithrombin muteins from the vector into an expression vector; (3) transforming a microorganism with the expression vector and culturing the transformed microorganism; and (4) isolating antithrombin muteins from the cultured medium.

본 발명은 내열 안정성 안티트롬빈 변이체 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 내열 안전성 안티트롬빈 변이체들은 안티트롬빈의 77번, 96번 또는 419번 아미노산이 다른 아미노산으로 치환됨으로써 안티트롬빈의 활성은 유지되면서 내열 안정성이 크게 증가되어, 생체 내에서 안정한 단백질 치료제로서 유용하며 진단 시약 개발, 친화성 컬럼의 제조 등 다른 여러 가지 용도에도 응용될 수 있다.

본 발명은 비오티니다제(Biotinidase)를 이용한 유방암 진단방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 서열번호 1로 기재되는 비오티니다제 단백질 또는 이의 단편에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 이용하여 유방암을 진단하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 진단 방법은 비교적 채취가 용이한 혈액을 검체로 하기 때문에 생검을 대상으로 하는 기존의 유방암 진단방법과는 달리 환자에게 부담을 주지 않고 매우 간편하게 유방암을 진단할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 진단의 정확도 및 민감도가 높아 유방암의 진단에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 유방암, 진단용 마커, 혈액 시료, 비오티니다제

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing breast cancer using biotinidase is provided to simply diagnose breast cancer and to ensure high diagnosis accuracy and sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring biotinidase for breast cancer diagnosis comprises: a step of measuring the concentration of biotinidase in a sample from an individual; a step of determining as an individual with breast cancer in case of lower biotinidase concentration. The biotinidase is denoted by sequence number 1. A kit for diagnosing breast cancer contains an antibody which specifically binds to biotinidase or fragment thereof. The antibody is polyclonal antibody and monoclonal antibody. The kit additionally comprises a detector, washing solution, and enzyme reaction stopping solution.
