Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and a method for indoor navigation and, more particularly, to a system and a method for indoor navigation, which can provide location information of a user in a room based on images of surroundings shot by a mobile device equipped with a camera. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the indoor navigation system comprises a global coordinate generation device which extracts an overlapping feature point among the images of surroundings shot by a camera installed at a predetermined position by partitioning an indoor space, and generates a global coordinate for the feature point; a database which stores the image of the generated feature point by the global coordinate generation device, and information on the global coordinate; and a mobile device which extracts a feature point from the images of surroundings shot by the camera in order to compare the extracted feature point with the feature point inside the database, and estimates the position and direction using the global coordinate of an identical feature point. PURPOSE: A linear actuator is provided to improve driving efficiency by reducing friction between respective parts. CONSTITUTION: A linear actuator comprises a rotary driving unit(7), a rotating unit(2) driven by the rotary driving unit, plural radial bearings symmetrically fixed on both ends of the rotating unit, and a cylindrical moving tube(1) of which inner face contacts with the radial bearings. The rotating unit consists of plural cantilevers deformed radially and bending control units to control the initial bending of the cantilevers. Both ends of each cantilever are formed as slope faces inclined to a rotating shaft, so that the bearings are installed in a specific angle.

PURPOSE: A device for generating vibration and method for changing the path of a robot are provided to reduce rubfriction and to change the path of the robot motion by a robot controller at assembling. CONSTITUTION: Plural piezo actuators(11,12) are fixed in a robot flange mounting section(10). A fixing plate(13) is installed between piezo-actuators and integrated with a robot flange section. A tool installation section(17) is installed in the fixing plate by a pivot section and edge sections of the tool installation section are contacted with ends of piezo actuators. A control unit regulates expansion and contraction of piezo actuators. The control unit drives piezo actuators and shifts position of edge sections in the tool installation section. Rub friction of products is reduced by the rotation at assembling, and the path of the robot is changed according to the signal processing of a robot control unit. The vibration generating device and the robot path shift method are useful to assemble components accurately.

본 발명은 원격지에 있는 로봇 팔에 달린 그리퍼와 그리퍼가 접촉하는 작업 대상물 사이의 촉각 정보를 중앙 제어실에 있는 조작자에게 전달하여 더욱 정교하고 효과적인 작업을 할 수 있도록 하는 자석의 반발력을 이용한 원격 조종 로봇용 촉각 궤환장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 공압 및 형상기억합금을 사용하는 촉각 궤환장치에 있어서는 그리퍼와 그리퍼가 접촉하는 촉각정보를 중앙제어실에 있는 조작자에게 정확히 전달할 수 없게 되는 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 점을 감안하여, 촉각센서로부터 궤환 입력되는 촉각정보에 따라 전자석의 구동을 제어하고, 그 전자석 및 영구자석의 반발력에 의해 상기 촉각정보를 조작자에게 전달하며, 상기 전자석 및 영구자석 사이의 반발력을 멕스웰의 스트렌스텐서방법에 의해 모델링하여, 상기 촉각정보에 따라 전자석 및 영구자석 사이의 반발력을 정밀 제어하게 하며, 촉각 궤환장치를 3×3 어레이 형태로 구성하여 상기 촉각정보를 어레이 단위로 궤환되도록 함과 아울러 연속적인 출력제어가 가능하도록 함으로써, 원격지의 촉각정보를 조작자에게 정확히 전달하여, 정교하고 효과적으로 작업을 수행할 수 있게 한 것이다.

본 발명은 비오티니다제(Biotinidase)를 이용한 유방암 진단방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 서열번호 1로 기재되는 비오티니다제 단백질 또는 이의 단편에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 이용하여 유방암을 진단하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 진단 방법은 비교적 채취가 용이한 혈액을 검체로 하기 때문에 생검을 대상으로 하는 기존의 유방암 진단방법과는 달리 환자에게 부담을 주지 않고 매우 간편하게 유방암을 진단할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 진단의 정확도 및 민감도가 높아 유방암의 진단에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 유방암, 진단용 마커, 혈액 시료, 비오티니다제

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing breast cancer using biotinidase is provided to simply diagnose breast cancer and to ensure high diagnosis accuracy and sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring biotinidase for breast cancer diagnosis comprises: a step of measuring the concentration of biotinidase in a sample from an individual; a step of determining as an individual with breast cancer in case of lower biotinidase concentration. The biotinidase is denoted by sequence number 1. A kit for diagnosing breast cancer contains an antibody which specifically binds to biotinidase or fragment thereof. The antibody is polyclonal antibody and monoclonal antibody. The kit additionally comprises a detector, washing solution, and enzyme reaction stopping solution.

PURPOSE: An optical fiber grating, a method for controlling an effective refractive index of the same and an optical fiber device by using the same are provided to obtain the spectrum which the various elements requires by easily controlling the refractive index. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber grating includes an optical fiber(21), a coil heater(22), a connection part(24), a control unit(25) and a power supply(26). A plurality of gratings is periodically formed on the optical fiber(21). And, the optical fiber grating further includes a temperature controller to independently control the temperature by each section of the grating of the optical fiber(21).
