Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing organic-inorganic hybrid graft polysilsesquioxane is provided to obtain polysilsesquioxanes with a highly functioned ladder structure by easily grafting various functional monomers to a side chain of polysilsesquioxane. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing organic-inorganic hybrid graft polysilsesquioxane comprises a step for polymerizing one or more kinds of an unsaturated hydrocarbon-based monomer to a side chain of polysilsesquioxane represented by chemical formula 1 to form polysilsesquioxane with which a homopolymer or copolymer with the unsaturated hydrocarbon-based monomer at a side chain is grafted.
Abstract:
A method for preparation of extracellular matrix is provided to improve cell adhesion, cell growth rate and cell differentiation ability, and mass produce the extracellular matrix by dissolving egg membrane by using pronase as a protein-decomposing enzyme. A method for preparation of extracellular matrix comprises the steps of: isolating the egg membrane from embryo of mammals such as zebrafish; treating the isolated egg membrane with pronase as a protein-decomposing enzyme; and inactivating the pronase with an inactivating agent such as urea containing beta-mercaptoethanol(BME) and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) or by heating it. Further, the method for preparation of extracellular matrix additionally comprises a step of inactivating the pronase by heating the pronase.
