Abstract: 본 발명의 히트싱크는 다수의 층으로 구획되게 적층하여 상기 적층된 사이에 냉각공간을 형성하고 중앙에 외부의 공기를 내부에 유입시키는 관통공을 형성시킨 냉각판과, 상기 냉각판의 관통공에 모터의 구동력을 전달받는 중심축의 외주연에 복수개의 냉각팬을 장착하여 냉각팬이 냉각공간에서 원 방향으로 회전되도록 하는 냉각수단과, 상기 복수개의 냉각판의 둘레에 수직으로 관통되고 전자부품과 밀착 결합된 방열블럭과 연결되어 내부의 증발열을 통하여 방열블럭의 온도를 외부로 방출시키는 하나 이상의 히트파이프로 구성한다.

Abstract: A heat sink is provided to cool uniformly a cooling plate and to obtain excellent cooling efficiency by installing a cooling fan in a cooling space having multiple layers. A heat sink(100) includes a cooling plate(110), a cooling unit(120), and a heat pipe(130). The cooling plate is formed by laminating a plurality of layers. A cooling space(111) is formed between the laminated layers. A penetrating hole(112) is formed at a center of the cooling plate in order to receive external air. The cooling unit includes a plurality of cooling fans(123) which are installed in an outer circumference of a central shaft(122) for receiving driving force of a motor(121) the penetrating hole of the cooling plate. The cooling fans are rotated in a circular direction in the cooling space. The heat pipe penetrates peripheries of the cooling plates in a vertical direction. The heat pipe is connected to a radiating block attached to an electronic component in order to radiate the temperature of the radiating block to the outside by using the internal evaporation heat.

Abstract: An apparatus for measuring inertia with haptic feedback and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to feel the feedback of inertial force for operational information through a hand by a magnetic mover which generates inertial force. A guide hole(110h) which passes through upper and lower planes is formed at a central housing(110), and a magnetic mover(120) is inserted to the guide hole to be sliding. An upper housing(210) is coupled to an upper part of the central body and has a first repulsion magnet which is repulsed when the magnet mover approaches the magnet. A first pressure sensor(220) senses the repulsion force of the first pressure sensor, and a lower housing(310) which is coupled to a lower portion of the central body has a second repulsion magnet is repulsed when the magnet mover approaches the second repulsion magnet. A second pressure sensor(320) senses the repulsion force of the second repulsion magnet.
