본 발명은 효율성이 향상된 투명한 전면 전극을 갖는 태양 전지에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 태양 전지는 P형 반도체층과 N형 반도체층을 갖고 결정질 웨이퍼로 이루어진 PN접합 반도체층과 상기 PN접합 반도체층의 제1 면에 접합된 투명 전도성 산화물(TCO)로 이루어진 전면 전극과 상기 PN접합 반도체층의 상기 제1 면과 반대방향을 향하는 제2 면에 접합된 배면 전극을 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A solar cell having a multilayered schottky junction layer is provided to improve photoelectric efficiency by forming a first conducting oxide layer having excellent optical transparency and a second optical transparent conducting oxide layer having excellent electric conduction. CONSTITUTION: An electrode(21) is arranged on a first surface of a semiconductor layer(10). A schottky junction layer(25) is arranged on a second surface facing the first surface. The schottky junction layer includes a first transparent conductive oxide layer(23) and a second transparent conductive oxide layer(24). A recombination prevention layer(26) is formed between the schottky junction layer and a semiconductor layer. The recombination prevention layer prevents carriers generated by light from being recombined to each other to improve a voltage characteristic. An electric storage device(27) is connected to the electrode and the schottky junction layer.

PURPOSE: A tailstock with a free spindle and a roll molding device including the same are provided to prevent roll mold from rotating in a state a handle has been to a handle connecting unit due to the mistake of a user. CONSTITUTION: A tailstock(100) with a free spindle consists of a chuck(150), a spindle(130), spindle housings(110a,110b) and a freedom-degree control unit. The freedom-degree control unit consists of a handle connecting unit(210), a handle(220) and a handle guide unit(230). The handle connecting unit is fixed to one end of the spindle. The handle is connected to the handle connecting unit though linear reciprocating movement or is separated from it. The handle constrains or releases the degree of freedom in a Z-axis direction. The handle guide unit is connected to the spindle housing and maintains the connected state and the separated state between the handle and the handle connecting unit.

A dove-tail type table transfer device for machine tool is provided to improve the table transfer accuracy by using the floating effect of an air pocket and a roller bearing. A dove-tail type table transfer device(100) for machine tool comprises a bed(10) including a first guide bracket(11), and a table(20) transferred on the bed in a sliding manner through two sliding units(21) protruded on both sides of the bottom of the table, wherein a turcite pad(211) is attached to the bottom of each sliding unit and a second guide bracket(22) is combined on the inner side of each sliding unit. Roller bearings(23) are hinged on the second guide bracket in order to improve the accuracy of table transfer.

PURPOSE: A tester for testing the reliability of a sliding bearing guide surface is provided to synthetically test and examine the state of the sliding bearing guide surface, thereby improving the reliability and the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) includes a support(12) fixed on a bottom surface and a testing chamber(16) formed on the top of the support. A sliding unit is formed of a base fixedly installed at the bottom of the testing chamber, a rail integratedly formed with the base and having an upper surface, a feeding table installed detachably on the rail to reciprocate so that a guide surface of a sliding bearing makes contact with the upper surface of the rail. A lubricating oil supply system supplies lubricating oil to the feeding table. A controller(60) controls operations of the sliding unit and the supply of the lubricating oil.

PURPOSE: A glass conveying apparatus is provided to prevent a large glass from sagging downwards and to prevent the vibration of the conveyed glass. CONSTITUTION: A glass conveying apparatus includes a floating plate (110), a gripper, a linear motor, and a connecting unit. The floating plate has multiple air holes (120) jetting air upwards and floats a glass (10) upwards. The grippers at both sides of the glass fix the glass. The linear motor at the lower side of the floating plate reciprocates in a direction for conveying the glass. The connecting unit connects the linear motor and the grippers, and moves the grippers in the direction for conveying the glass according to the actuation of the linear motor. The connecting unit includes a pair of ring-shaped bands and multiple rotational pulleys. One side of the bands are fixed to both sides of the linear motor, and the other sides of the bands are fixed to the grippers. The rotational pulleys are installed inside the respective bands and tighten the bands.
