CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a cold water-soluble Gastrodia elata Blume extract comprises the steps of: extruding Gastrodia elata Blume powder at 120-180°C and a pressure of 20-100 bar; and adding 15-20 times weight of water to the extruded Gastrodia elata Blume and extracting at room temperature for 3-7 hours. PURPOSE: A method for extracting polyphenol from grape branch is provided to isolated polyhenol containing a large amount of resveratrol having anti-aging, anti-inflammation, and lengthened lifetime, and to use in a functional food, cosmetic product, and medicinal product. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting polyphenol from grape branch comprises: a step of cutting grape branches at 2-3cm; a step of adding 3-5L of organic solvent per 1kg of cut grape branch; a step of stirring at 20-100 rpm to extract polyphenol; and a step of filtering polyphenol and evaporating organic solvent to obtain polyphenol. The organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, or acetone. The organic solvent is 70-95% of ethanol. The concentration is performed by evaporating volatile solvent at 285mmHg of air pressure range and 40-55°C of temperature range.
Abstract:
A method for preparing a concentrated lycopene extract is provided to obtain high-concentration lycopene efficiently from watermelon by using an emulsifying solution. A concentrated lycopene extract is prepared by the steps of: (a) collecting the flesh of watermelon, grinding/centrifuging it by a chopper, a colloid mill and a homogenizer, and separating the centrifuged flesh into cake and serum; (b) putting a 0.5% Tween 20 emulsifying solution to the dried cake in a weight ratio of 20:1, and vibrating them at room temperature for 1hr to promote extraction; and (c) removing sediments through centrifuging/filtering processes. The concentrated lycopene extract is used as the ingredient of a functional food.

PURPOSE: Meat protein is provided to maximize the digestion-absorption rate of the meat protein having a low molecular weight using high pressure enzyme proteolysis technology. CONSTITUTION: 10-40 wt% of chicken breast for the total weight of water, 0.05-4.0 wt% of proteinase for the total weight of chicken breast, and the balance of water is processed with a high-pressure device to increase the degree of hydrolysis of chicken breast protein. The molecular weight of the chicken breast produced by the previous method is 1,700-2,400 Da. The high-pressure processing is conducted for 4-48 hours at 25-60°C and in the pressure of 25-400 MPa. The hydrolyzed chicken breast protein is mixed with one bio-polymer selected from pectin, alginic acid, xanthan gum, carrageenan, agar, soy protein, cellulose, or guar gum for stabilizing. PURPOSE: An extraction method of water-soluble dietary fibers and citrulline from watermelon rinds is provided to change water insoluble dietary fibers into the water-soluble dietary fibers. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of water-soluble dietary fibers and citrulline from watermelon rinds is performed with a twin-screw extruder with the screw rotation speed of 180~270rpm. The extrusion molding temperature for extracting the water-soluble dietary fibers is 119~39deg C. The watermelon rinds are inserted into the twin-screw extruder with the speed of 10~46kg/hr. The watermelon rinds have the water content of 21~40%.

본 발명은 포도농사에서 배출되는 포도가지로부터 레스베라트롤을 다량 함유하는 폴리페놀을 추출하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 포도가지를 2-3cm로 절단하는 단계; 절단한 포도가지 kg당 3-5 리터의 유기용매를 가하는 단계; 상기 단계의 내용물을 교반하는 단계; 및 상기 단계에서 수득되는 유용성분을 여과한 후 대기압보다 낮은 135mmHg(40℃)부터 285mmHg(55℃)까지의 기압 범위에서 증발과정을 거쳐 폴리페놀을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 항바이러스, 신경보호작용, 항염증작용, 항노화 및 수명을 연장시키는 효과 등이 있는 레스베라트롤을 다량 함유하는 폴리페놀을 추출하여, 기능성 식품, 화장품 및 의약품으로 사용함으로써 버려지는 자원을 이용하고 농가의 소득을 올릴 수 있다는 이점을 가진다. 포도, 레스베라트롤, 폴리페놀, 추출
