Abstract: PURPOSE: A biosensor chip and a reader thereof are provided to simplify manufacturing process and to reduce chip area. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor chip(100) comprises: unit cells which are connected to a plurality of word lines and bit lines and each comprises biosensors; a word line control circuit(110) for selecting one of word lines; and a bit line control circuit(120) for selecting one of bit lines. The word line control circuit and bit line control circuit are controlled by light source. The word line control circuit comprises a plurality of photo stitches connected to each word line. The photo switches transfers word line voltage to each word line in case of irradiating with light source.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A biosensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to limit the flow of current using an insulating layer channel including a silicon nano dot instead of a silicon nano wire. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor(300) comprises a source(120), a drain(130), an insulating layer channel, and a probe molecule(160). The source and the drain are formed on the upper part of the substrate. The insulating layer channel is formed between the source and the drain. The insulating layer channel comprises a nano dot. The probe molecule is fixed to the insulating layer channel. Abstract: PURPOSE: A cell culture compartment unit and an array comprising the same are provided to use in tissue engineering cell culture and stem cell differentiation. CONSTITUTION: A cell culture compartment unit comprises: a bio material releasing region comprising cell culture region and cell culture medium; a piezoelectric element of porous of porous membrane of the cell culture region; a thin film for cell adhesion, which is able to settle cells thereon; and a first power source for applying a first electrical field to the piezoelectric device.
