Abstract: A cement mortar composition for precast slab track and a precast slab track system using the same are provided to show high compressive strength and proper expansion ratio as well as construction simplification and to absorb impact while reducing noise and vibration. A cement mortar composition for precast slab track is composed of 450~600kg/m^3 of cement and 750~1050 kg/m^3 of sand. In addition, the cement mortar composition contains 37-42wt% of water, 30-50wt% of asphalt emulsion, 0.1-0.7wt% of segregation reducing agent and 0.005-0.02wt% of aluminium powder on a basis of the cement. The cement is comprised of 87-93wt% of rapid hardening portland cement and 7-13wt% of special admixture. The sand represents dried sand with mixing granulation rate of 2.0-2.5. The asphalt emulsion is a nonionic compound. The segregation reducing agent indicates a polycarboxylic acid-based compound.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A precast concrete slab track and a construction method thereof are provided to effectively deliver lengthwise and widthwise weights caused by train passage, etc. to a base part, and to minimize concrete stress by suppressing the deformation of concrete itself from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete slab track includes a precast concrete slab(1), a shear pocket, a packing component(20), a shear key(30), and a filling layer(40). The precast concrete slab is placed on the top of a base part at fixed intervals. The shear pocket is composed of a hole penetrated in the thickness direction, and formed at the precast concrete slab. The packing component is inserted into the shear pocket. The shear key is formed by filling the inside of the shear pocket with a filling material, and equipped with a protruding stiffener. The filling layer is formed to be integrated with the shear pocket and the base part by a filling material put into a space between the top of the base part and the bottom of the precast concrete slab.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a concrete slab track of a structure in which a concrete slab manufactured by a precast method to support a rail is mounted on a base layer and, more specifically, to a concrete slab track capable of minimizing a restrictive load generated by a temperature change or drying shrinkage while effectively transferring longitudinal and transverse loads actuating on the concrete slab from a railway vehicle to the base layer, reducing constriction costs, and remarkably improving a construct ability; and a constructing method thereof. The concrete slab track includes the base layer (100) having recessed shear key bottom holes (101) on the surface; and the concrete slab (200) which is placed on the base layer (100) and recessed shear key top holes (201) on the underside. Penetration injecting holes (202) are formed on the shear key top holes (201). The shear key bottom holes (101) and shear key top holes (201) face each other, thereby forming a shear key unit. As a filling-hardening agent (300) is injected to the shear key forming unit through the penetration injecting hole (202) and hardened, a shear key resistant to the load actuating on the concrete slab (200) is formed into a form astride the top surface of the base layer (100) and the underside of the slab (200).

Abstract: A cement mortar composition for pre-cast slab track and a pre-cast slab track system using the same are provided to prevent the brittle fracture of members caused by the impact generated during the operation of a high-speed train by forming an elastic layer between a pre-cast panel and a roadbed reinforcement layer. A cement mortar composition is composed of 150~250 kg/m^3 of water, 400~650 kg/m^3 of binding material, 600~1100 kg/m^3 of fine aggregate and 140~440 kg/m^3 of asphalt emulsion. The binding material contains 0.001-0.05wt% of aluminium powder, 0.1-2.5wt% of ingredient separation decreasing agent and 0.1-1.0wt% of air entraining agent. A ratio of water/binding material is 35-45wt%. The binding material contains 85-95wt% of cement and 5-15wt% of calciumsulphoaluminate-based admixture.
