Abstract: 본 발명은 저상 철도차량용 차륜 클러치 장치에 관한 것으로; 차륜의 내측면에 일체로 구비되는 차륜기어와, 상기 차륜기어에 치합되는 샤프트기어와, 상기 샤프트기어에 접속가능한 도그슬러브가 양단에 구비되는 샤프트와, 상기 도그슬러브를 상기 샤프트의 길이방향으로 이동시켜 샤프트기어에 상기 도그슬러브를 접속하거나 또는 분리하는 쉬프트수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 저상 철도차량에 차륜 클러치 장치를 적용하여 양측 차륜을 독립적 또는 일체로 회전할 수 있도록 쉽게 변환이 가능하므로 직진 주행 안전성과 곡선 추종성을 확보할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wheel clutch for a low-floor railway vehicle is provided to ensure linear running stability and a curved following characteristic by changing both wheels to be able to rotate independently or integrally. CONSTITUTION: A wheel clutch for a low-floor railway vehicle comprises a wheel gear(110), a shaft gear(120), a shaft(140), and a shift unit(150). The wheel gear is integrally formed on the inner surface of a wheel. The shaft gear is meshed with the wheel gear. Dog sleeves connectable to the shaft gear are arranged on both ends of the shaft. The shift unit moves the dog sleeve to the length direction of the shaft and connects or separates the dog sleeves from the shaft gear.
