Abstract: 본발명은철도차량장애자용휠체어리프트에관한것으로; 본발명의목적은철도차량이역간정차됨에있어, 그정차되는한정된시간내에신속한작동관계로서장애자용휠체어를철도차량으로용이하게승,하차유도되게하여장애자탑승에따른철도차량의연착등 운행시간지연의문제점을예방되도록함과동시에철도차량을이용하는신체장애인에게안정성과편리성을부여하여철도차량이용에따른심리적불안감및 활동(승,하차)의불편함을해소되도록한 철도차량장애자용휠체어리프트를제공함에있으며, 또다른목적으로는장애인스스로에의한조작관계로서휠체어리프트의모든작동상태를단속되도록하여, 주변사람(승무원등)의도움을필요로하지않는상태로서독립적이고자유로운승,하차기능을부여할수있도록한 철도차량장애자용휠체어리프트를제공함에있는것이다. 이에, 상기목적을달성하기위한본 발명의구체적인수단으로는; 설치대와고정연결판을갖는프레임을형성하여, 이프레임의설치대내측에리프트본체를설치시키고, 이러한리프트본체를와이어에의해승,하강제어되도록한 구조로서상기프레임상부에주유압구동실을형성시키며, 이와같이승,하강되는리프트본체를접철되게하는구조로서상기프레임일측면에보조유압실린더를형성하되; 상기, 리프트본체는복수개의런너블럭과, 이런너블럭에의해승,하강안내되는구조로서견인바와스톱퍼를구비한한쌍의슬라이드레일과, 이슬라이드레일의스톱퍼에힌지연결되어장애인을탑승되도록한 접철유도고리와안전대를구비한탑승판으로구성시키며, 상기, 주유압구동실은그 내부로유압실린더와다수개의가이드로울러를내설시키므로서달성된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wheelchair lift of a railroad vehicle for handicapped people is provided to prevent the operation time delay of the railroad vehicle by readily loading/unloading a wheelchair in a short time and handicapped people's inconvenience and uncomfortableness by enabling the handicapped to safely use the railroad vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A lift main body(2) is installed on the inside of an installation stand(11) of a frame(1). The lift main body is controlled to be ascended and descended by a wire(34). A main hydraulic drive chamber(3) is formed on an upper part of the frame. An auxiliary hydraulic cylinder(4) is integrally formed on one side face of the frame in a structure of folding the lift main body. The lift main body is composed of plural runner blocks(211), one pair of guide rails(21) prepared with a tracking bar and a stopper and a boarding plate(22). Herein, the boarding plate is prepared with a folding guide ring(222) and a safety stand(221) connected to the stopper by a hinge.
