본 발명의 전철용 폴리머 애자는 폴리머 애자; 및 상기 폴리머 애자 표면에 형성된 소수성 증착막;을 포함하며, 상기 소수성 증착막은 티타늄계 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 전철용 폴리머 애자는 접촉각이 88° 이상인 소수성 증착막을 포함하여, 발수성 및 세척 용이성이 우수하며, 내충격성, 절연성, 내화성 등이 우수하다.

A polymer insulator for a subway of the present invention comprises a polymer insulator and a hydrophobic deposition layer formed on the surface of the polymer insulator, wherein the hydrophobic deposition layer includes a titanium-based compound. The polymer insulator for a subway comprises the hydrophobic deposition layer having the contact angle of 88°, thereby having excellent water repellency, easy cleaning, remarkable impact resistance, insulation, and fire resistance.

The present invention relates to a fire pursuing device using a surface light source CCD sensor and a method thereof and more specifically, to a fire pursuing device and a method thereof predicting and pursuing the fire diffusion direction by recognizing an image of a fire and detecting the site of a fire precisely then spraying a fire-extinguishing material so preparing to cope with a fire on a large area with a minor fire-extinguishing installment. The present invention has the advantage of being able to provide a method to pursuit and recognize the image more accurately, as compared with the recognition of fire video conventional fire and the measurement method throughout reducing error components generated by system noise and measurement noise of the measuring apparatus for a fire using a Kalman filter.

고체산화물 연료전지 다공성 연료극 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 고체산화물 연료전지 연료극이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 다공성 연료극 제조방법은 니켈산화물/이트리아 안정화 지르코니아 (NiO/YSZ) 연료극 지지체의 니켈산화물(NiO)을 니켈(Ni)로 환원시키는 단계; 및 상기 환원된 니켈(Ni)을 제거하여, 상기 지지체를 다공구조로 변형시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 다공구조 형성을 위하여 제거된 Ni의 자리에 우수한 촉매를 저온에서 함침법으로 형성하는 방법을 통하여 고체산화물 연료전지의 특성을 강화시키며 기존의 재료 및 물질의 특성을 이용하여 다공질의 구조 확보. 조절 및 기존에 존재하는 Ni과 같은 촉매를 다른 촉매로 교환할 수 있는 기술을 제공함에 따라 SOFC의 특성을 확보 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 우수한 특성을 보이는 SOFC의 연료극으로서 기능을 충분히 수행할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting the angle of a photovoltaic array and more specifically, to an apparatus for adjusting the angle of a photovoltaic array comprising: a photovoltaic array including multiple solar panels; a H-shaped fixing plate for supporting the photovoltaic array from a rear side; a rod gear rotating hinge, combined to the fixing plate and having a through hole in the center; a first rod gear, which is combined to the rod gear rotating hinge, and which consists of multiple rods for rotating a full thread bolt; a carbon steel pipe combined to the rod gear rotating hinge by passing through the through hole of the rod gear rotating hinge; a second rod gear, which is fitted into the outside of the carbon steel pipe, for rotating the first rod gear; and an angle adjustment handle which is combined to the second rod gear for rotating the second rod gear. The angle of the photovoltaic array can be easily adjusted by a user rotating the angle adjustment handle.

The present invention relates to a system and a method for extinguishing electrical fire by a position sensor. The electrical fire extinguishing system includes a fire extinguishing unit which sprays a fire extinguishing agent in a direction of an arc phenomenon generation position in the position sensor which grasps the generation position of the arc phenomenon and in the fire extinguishing unit which is closest to the generation position of the arc phenomenon grasped in the position sensor if a fire predicting unit, which sends an electrical fire symptoms signal by detecting the arc phenomenon before the generation of electrical fire and the detection of the arc phenomenon, maintains after a predetermined elapsed time. The electrical fire extinguishing method includes: a wavelet-based arc detecting step for detecting symptoms of electrical fire in real time by analyzing an electric signal in order to predict fire in an electric panel before an electrical fire generation; a step for grasping a generation position of the fire symptoms by the position sensor if the fire symptoms last after the predetermined elapsed time; and a step for spraying the fire extinguishing agent which is at the closet distance from the generation position of the grasped fire symptoms to the generation position of the fire symptoms. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid generation system using solid oxide electrolyzer cells(100) comprises solid oxide electrolysis cell(110) which produces hydrogen and oxygen as by-products, and solid oxide fuel cell(120) capable of producing electricity by being delivered hydrogen and oxygen.
