Abstract: A method for assembling the blades of an ore crushing device of a mining robot is disclosed. The method for assembling the blades of an ore crushing device of a mining robot comprises: a step of forming blades having different kinds of key grooves; a step of forming a shaft to which the blades are coupled; and a step of coupling the blades having the different kinds of key grooves to the shaft. Abstract: 본발명은, (a) 알루미늄소재의표면을세척하는단계; 및 (b) 상기단계(a)에서세척한알루미늄소재의표면에금속산화물층을형성시키는단계;를포함하는내식성능향상을위한알루미늄의화학적표면개질방법을제공한다. 또한, 알루미늄소재의표면에금속산화물층을형성시킨후, 상기금속산화물층의상면에 1H,1H,2H,2H-펄플루오로데실트림에톡시실란(1H,1H,2H,2H-Perfluorodecyltrimethoxysilane) 및톨루엔포함혼합용액을도포하여상기알루미늄소재에초발수성표면을형성시키는단계를추가로포함하는알루미늄의화학적표면개질방법을제공한다. 본발명에따른내식성능향상을위한알루미늄의화학적표면개질방법에따르면, 알루미늄소재의표면에금속산화물층을형성시키는화학적표면개질기법과, 초발수성표면을형성하는표면에너지저감기법을적용하여내식성능이크게향상된알루미늄소재를제조할수 있다.
