Abstract: 본발명은삼반응기형청색반응성염료에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는한 염료분자내에모노클로로트리아진과두 개의비닐설폰기가반응기로도입되어있어염착률이월등히높아염색폐수가거의발생하지않고, 뿐만아니라염료분자내에적어도한 개의아미노페닐-β-아세톡시에틸설폰반응기가도입되어있어물에대한용해도가낮아염석공정시에소량의염을사용하게되므로폐수처리비용을크게절감시킬수 있고, 염석후 여과시여액으로빠져나가는염료의손실량을최대한줄일수 있는효과를가지는다음화학식 1로표시되는삼반응기형청색반응성염료에관한것이다. 상기화학식 1에서 : Z 및 Z'는서로같거나다른것으로서 OSOM 또는 OCOCH를나타내며, Z 및 Z'중적어도하나는 OCOCH이고,n은 0, 1 혹은 2를나타내며, M은알칼리금속원자를나타낸다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A black reactive dye composition having acetoxyethylsulfone reactive group is provided for greatly reducing loss of dye from filtrate at filtering process because of low solubility to water and improving salting-out effect by introducing aminophenyl-beta-acetoxyethylsulfone reactive group to the composition. CONSTITUTION: The black reactive dye composition having the acetoxyethylsulfone reactive group of formula 1 (wherein M represents alkali metal atom) is produced by using the aminophenyl-beta-acetoxyethylsulfone compound of formula 2 as the raw material to form diazo type product; neutralizing 1-naphthol-8-amino-3,6-disulfonic acid compound with any bases; and mixing both of the diazo type material and neutralized material at 0-5 deg.C. and adding the base to control pH7 or less to obtain the final product of formula 1.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供具有乙酰氧基乙基砜反应性基团的黑色活性染料组合物，由于对水的溶解度低，并通过将氨基苯基-β-乙酰氧基乙基砜反应性基团引入组合物而提高盐析效果，从而大大降低了滤液过滤时的染料损失。 构成：通过使用式2的氨基苯基-β-乙酰氧基乙基砜化合物作为原料形成具有式1的乙酰氧基乙基砜反应性基团（其中M表示碱金属原子）的黑色活性染料组合物，形成重氮型产物; 用任何碱中和1-萘酚-8-氨基-3,6-二磺酸化合物; 并在0-5℃下混合重氮型材料和中和材料。 并加入碱以控制pH7以下，得到式1的最终产物。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A three-effector type blue reactive dye has one monochlorotriazine and two vinyl sulfonyl groups in one dye molecule to provide high dyeability and reliability without generating dye wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A tree-effector type blue reactive dye is represented by the formula 1: wherein Z and Z' are independently OSO3M or OCOCH3, at least either of Z or Z' being OCOCH3; n is an integer from 0 to 2; and M is an alkali metal atom. The reactive dye is prepared by (a) diazotizating of a compound having the formula 2 and coupling the diazotized compound with an 1-naphthol-8-amino-3,6-disulfonic acid neutral solution; separating condensation reaction of a phenylenediamine sulfonic neutral solution and cyanuric chloride at a temperature in the range from 0 to 5°C; (c) after diazotization of the condensate of the step (b), adding the reaction solution of the step (a) at a temperature in the range from 0 to 5°C and performing a coupling reaction at a pH value of less than 7; and (c) adding aminophenyl-beta-acetoxyethylsulfon or aminophenyl-beta-sulfatoethylsulfon to the coupling solution of the step (c) at a temperature in the range from 35 to 45°C.

Abstract: 본 발명은 아세톡시에틸설폰 반응기를 갖는 검정색 반응성 염료에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 아미노페닐-β-아세톡시에틸설폰 반응기가 도입되어 있어 물에 대한 용해도가 낮아 여과시 여액으로 빠져나가는 염료의 손실량을 최대한 줄일 수 있고 염석(salting-out)이 용이하여 염석공정시에는 기존 염료에서보다 소량의 염(salt)을 사용하게 되므로 폐수처리 비용을 크게 절감시키는 효과를 가짐은 물론이고 직접성이 좋아 염착률이 높으며 선명한 색상을 띄는 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 아세톡시에틸설폰 반응기를 갖는 검정색 반응성 염료에 관한 것이다.
