Abstract: 본 발명은 마이크로 중합효소 연쇄반응용 칩을 마이크로 반응조칩과 마이크로 히터칩으로 분리 제작하여 마이크로 반응조칩을 일회용으로, 마이크로 히터칩을 반영구적으로 사용하게 함으로써, 전체적으로 소요되는 제작 비용과 시간을 최소화시키게 하고, 인력을 절감시키게 하는 마이크로 중합효소 연쇄반응용 칩 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 일체형 마이크로 중합효소 연쇄반응용 칩에 비해 제작을 용이하게 하는 동시에 저렴한 가격에 의해 대량생산을 가능하게 하는 마이크로 중합효소 연쇄반응용 칩 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는데 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 전체적인 유전자 검사 및 생화학적 실험에 대한 사용상의 신뢰도 및 만족도를 극대화시키게 하는 마이크로 중합효소 연쇄반응용 칩 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는데 있다.

Abstract: A micro bio chip for polymerase chain reaction and a manufacture method thereof are provided to eliminate the additional sample-introducing device and inhibit foam generation caused by the conventional channel type bio chip by conjugating PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane) to glass and reduce the using amount of sample and time, so that efficiency and accuracy of PCR are improved. A micro bio chip for polymerase chain reaction comprises a PDMS chip(10) into which a sample is easily introduced, and a glass chip which is treated by oxygen plasma, regulates the temperature and is conjugated to the PDMS chip, wherein one side of the glass chip has a micro heater consisting of chromium and gold thin film and a heat resistant sensor, a region for applying the electric source to the micro heater, a region for applying the electric current to the heat resistant sensor for measuring resistance, and a region for detecting the electric pressure value generated by relation between the resistance and electric current. The PDMS chip has a reaction tank(11) with the oblique line type micro channel structure.

Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing a chip for a polymerase chain reaction, which includes a disposable micro reaction bath chip and a semi-permanent micro heater chip, to reduce manufacturing costs and time. A method for manufacturing a chip(100) with a micro reaction bath chip(10) and a micro heater chip(20) for a polymerase chain reaction comprises the following steps. The micro reaction bath chip injects a sample for a biochemistry experiment. The micro heater chip heats the sample and controls a temperature of the sample. The micro reaction bath chip is located above the micro heater chip to be separated from the micro heater chip.

Abstract: A thermo-pneumatic micro pump chip applicable to a micro bio chip and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase precision of flow control of a pump by bonding a poly dimethyl siloxane(PDMS) chip with a glass chip integrally. A thermo-pneumatic micro pump chip(100) that is applicable to a micro bio chip comprises a glass chip(10) and a PDMS chip(20) that are integrally bonded to each other. The glass chip is equipped with a heater(11) and a sensor. In addition, the PDMS chip is formed on an upper surface of the glass chip and moves fluid sample in a desired direction.
