Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle gas lifter which comprises: a pipe (100) whose one end is located to a body of a car and the other end is opened; a rod (110) whose one end is inserted to the pipe (100) for sliding and the other end is located on a door of the car; a piston (120) which is located on an end of the rod (110) inserted to the pipe (100) in order to move the rod (110) along an inner wall of the pipe (100); a tension spring (130) which is located on the inner other end of the pipe (100); a stopper (140) which is located on the inside of the pipe (100) and formed on one end of the tension spring (130); and a guide (150) which is located on the inside of the pipe (100) and formed on the other end of the tension spring (130). Therefore, as the operating force for opening/closing the door is constantly maintained regardless of temperatures, the usability can be improved; and as children, women and the old and weak can easily open/close the door, marketability of the present invention can be increased.
