Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle management service providing method is provided to improve the convenience of a user by transmitting information related to faults of a vehicle through a telematics center. CONSTITUTION: A driver transmits information related to faults of a vehicle through a telematics terminal(100) of a vehicle. The telematics terminal receives remote control signals which requests for diagnosing the vehicle and provides diagnosis data according to diagnosis results.
