Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle management service providing method is provided to improve the convenience of a user by transmitting information related to faults of a vehicle through a telematics center. CONSTITUTION: A driver transmits information related to faults of a vehicle through a telematics terminal(100) of a vehicle. The telematics terminal receives remote control signals which requests for diagnosing the vehicle and provides diagnosis data according to diagnosis results. The fault information and the diagnosis data are transmitted to a previously designated expert terminal(300) in order to provide the diagnosis results of experts.
