Abstract: PURPOSE: A regular vehicle management system and method thereof are provided to previously prevent car accidents by regularly providing diagnosis information related to a vehicle to drivers. CONSTITUTION: An analysis unit(230) acquires fault information according to the environment of each driver by analyzing diagnosis data which is regularly provided by telematics apparatuses of vehicles. A comparing unit(240) outputs comparing results by comparing the fault information with current state information.
