The ECU interlocking member collects driving type data. The vibration measuring member measures the vibration of a vehicle and the noise measuring member measures noise in the inside of the vehicle. The navigation interlocking member obtains driving route information on an electronic map of the vehicle. The controlling member displays vibration data obtained by the vibration measuring member and noise data obtained by the noise measuring member on the displaying member based on the driving route information obtained by the navigation interlocking member. The displaying member displays the driving type data, the vibration data, and the noise data with graphs, gauges, and figures based on the driving route information by the control of the controlling member.     Abstract: A low noise throttle body is provided to reduce drag and lift of a throttle body by reducing the maximum speed of air introduced from outside through expanding an opening area between the throttle body and a throttle valve. A low noise throttle body comprises protrusions(13) and a throttle valve(11). The protrusions are formed on the outer peripheral surface of a throttle body(10) to expand an opening area between the throttle body and the throttle valve, so that vortex is prevented from being generated after the throttle valve and thus air current noise is prevented from being generated.
