Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable valve lift device is provided to increase the efficiency of an engine and to control the amount of valve lift by the small number of working members and small dynamical loads. CONSTITUTION: A variable valve lift device comprises a first cam(20), a swing arm shaft(30), a swing arm(40), a second cam(50), and a controller. The swing arm shaft is formed side by side with a cam shaft. The swing arm contacts a first cam. The swing arm makes a pivot-move around the swing arm shaft. The second cam is coupled to the swing arm shaft with making the pivot-move according to the pivot move of the swing arm. The second cam opens and closes a valve opening/closing unit. The controller controls relative angles of the swing arm and second cam.

Abstract: A continuous variable valve lift apparatus of a vehicle is provided to lighten equipment since the quantity of the movable component comprised is relatively small. A continuous variable valve lift apparatus(1) of a vehicle comprises a cam shaft(11), a slider member(20), and a cam follower(30). The slider member is installed at the bottom side it digs. The slider member comprises the slider body(21), the slider shaft(22), and the slider roller(23). The slider shaft is installed at the slider body to be penetrated. The slider roller slides the slider body. The cam follower is positioned at the bottom side of the slider member. Abstract: A continuous variable valve lift system is provided to increase engine output instantaneously by increasing the volume of valve lift in case of a low velocity and high load. A continuous variable valve lift system includes an engine body(10), a cam follower shaft(22), an operation control box(30), and an electronic control unit. Abstract: A continuous variable valve lift apparatus for vehicles is provided to variably control a valve from a low lift to a high lift efficiently and stably by linearly moving a rocker arm through the precise control of a motor. A continuous variable valve lift apparatus includes a piston control unit(1) having a piston shaft and a drive source. The piston shaft is connected to a rocker arm shaft(32) to linearly move leftwards and rightwards. The drive source serves to move the piston shaft in one direction or the other direction. Further, a rocker arm(30) is mounted on the outer circumference of the rocker arm shaft and a guide groove is formed in a first arm of the rocker arm. A ball bearing of a hydraulic lash adjuster is inserted into the guide groove. A hydraulic roller tappet is connected to the lower portion of the hydraulic lash adjuster, with a roller installed at a portion where the hydraulic roller tappet contacts a cam.

Abstract: An oil separator set is provided to reduce oil leakage because the set is installed within a head cover.
