    Abstract: PURPOSE: An engine start motor for preventing a brush from being worn out is provided to prevent uneven abrasion or excessive abrasion and reduce friction due to the contact of an armature by rotating a brush with the armature. CONSTITUTION: An engine start motor for preventing a brush from being worn out comprises an armature(3) and brushes(7,7A,7B,7C). The armature connects battery current and has a solenoid which extrudes a pinion for starting an engine. The armature rotates in the supply of current and is surrounded in the yoke to rotate pinion. The brush rotated with the armature is formed to supply current to the armature. The brush is supported by the spring.

    Abstract: An air heater of a vehicle is provided to prevent the damage to a heater element by easily checking the assembly of a leaf spring with a confirmation part. An air heater of a vehicle comprises a heater housing(10), a heater element(20), an element holder(30), an insulator(40), a leaf spring(50), a plus terminal(60) and a minus terminal(70). The element holder is assembled in the top and lower part of the heater element to fix the heater element to the heater housing. The insulator is installed at the element holder to insulate the heater element. The leaf spring comprises a confirmation unit and elastically supports the insulator to fix the heater element. The plus terminal and the minus terminal protrude to outside through the heater housing.

The controller delivers the trigger signal to the start motor.
