Abstract: An arrangement structure of a fuel cell system for a vehicle is provided to protect a fuel cell, a fuel pipe, and a high voltage distribution line which are arranged between fuel tanks by arranging the fuel tanks on left and right sides of the fuel cell. An arrangement structure of a fuel cell system for a vehicle includes a motor(11), a fuel cell(12), a secondary battery cell(13), and fuel tanks(15). The motor, the fuel cell, and the secondary battery cell are sequentially arranged from a front part of a vehicle to a rear part of the vehicle.
