Abstract: PURPOSE: A blank feeder in a welding blank line is provided to reduce the whole process time by facilitating the flow of blanks, and to reduce the time for solving problems. CONSTITUTION: A loader(22) absorbs a blank(12) from a destacker(14) and supplies to a welder(16). An idle roller conveyor(24) welds the blank supplied by the loader and transfers the blank by free falling before transferring the blank into a dimple press process(18). The idle roller conveyor serves as a buffer to control the speed of processes and loading in the dimple press process and a piler process. A magnet conveyor(26) absorbs the blank dropped from the idle conveyor by using an electromagnet and transfers to the dimple press process at a certain speed. A run-out conveyor(28) processes the blank and transfers to a piler(20).
